My age 30 female.muje harmonce imbalance ka problem huva tha.mene endocrinologist doctor ko dikhaya he. mera vitamin d 8.22ng/mL ho gaya tha. Abi 7 month baad 54 huva.lekin mere bone me se pain nahi ja raha he. Mene phosphorus,calicium,b12,alkaline phosphet,albumin,creatinine,pth,estrogen chek karaya he.normal he. Ab me kya karu bone pain nahi ja raha he body me.body movement kar ne pe back side and uper body me pain hota he.plz bataye.

Sir, Darjeeling is a small hill town, most of the time it's cold, damp and rainy, so we cover our bodies to keep warm, I have seen many people with pain , difficult to walk etc.till date I was not aware of importance of Sunlight, Vitamin D and Calcium.Your extensive explanation regarding, why do we suffer, mostly the reasons and corrective solutions attracted me.I want to educate people through these videos.Regards!
