My question is regarding one civil suit.. which was filed by one of my uncle regarding ancestral property.. while Cross Examination the defendants advocate asks some personal questions regarding his Divorce case which was already prejudice by honorable family court. Now my question is regarding can I file FIR against the advocate who asked my uncle irrelevant questions which is already completed in 1990s.. now he is getting mentally harrasment please answer!

Sir bohot ummed or aasha lekar aaya hu aapke paas 😢 sir baat ye hai ki ssc ne 2018 m 60k vacancy nikali jisme 10 %were for ex service man they said in there notification that if suitable ex service man vacancy not filled then they will be by non ex service man of respective cattogires and then result came in 2021 but they did not filled ex service man vacancy so due to this we went to Delhi High court there we won in December 2022 and court orderd them to release merit within four weeks then six month ho gaye they didn't follow high court order then we file contempt of court now ssc also move to supreme court or 22/01/2024 ko slp ki hearing honi h ki accept honi h ya reject sir aap btaye aage kya hoga ham kya kare thaki merit list jaldi aaye

Sir, high court se status quo ka order tha aur respondent ne sale deed kar diya hai kya kare? Please answer me.

Thank you for your comment. Magar is sawal ka jawab dena possible nahin kyunki kuchh facts examine karne padenge. Normally compensation vagaira ke liye rut petition hoti nahin hai. Fir bhi kuchh exceptional situation rah sakti hai jismein compensation vagaira mil Sakta hai. Magar kya aapki situation vaisi hai ya nahin yah aapki case detail mein examin kiye bagair bataye nahin ja Sakta. Isliye kripya maaf kijiye.

Sir plz Answer petitioner appeal MAT decision in high court as civil writ petition after 11 month in employment matter (mpsc). High Court dismissed the case on the basis of delay and laches How much possibility?

Your question is not clear. You said that the high court dismissed the case on the basis of delay and latches. And then you ask how much is the possibility. See if High Court has already dismissed the case, then you are asking about which possibility? Assuming that you are asking about the possibility of dismissal of your case by the High Court on the ground of 11 months delay, I would say that if the delay has been explained in a satisfactory way then High Court may entertain the petition. But if High Court finds that the explanation is not satisfactory or that the explanation is not there at all then High Court may dismiss the petition on the ground of delay and laches. Therefore it all boils down to explaining the delay period satisfactorily. Hope this helps.

Award ko highcourt mein challenge karne ke bad jab High Court ka judgement aaega to use case ko khatm kar dega. Magar usko final kab tak hi bol sakte hain jab tak aapka virodhi paksh Supreme Court mein highcourt ke judgement ko challenge nahin karta. Agar highcourt ka judgement Supreme Court mein challenge nahin kiya to use final kaha ja sakta hai. Ya fir agar use challenge Kiya Supreme Court mein, to Supreme Court ka jo judgement case mein aaega use final Mana jaega.
