RTI के तहत ठोस सबूत प्राप्त किये उसपर अधिकारी ने चौकशी समिति बिठाई और उस समिति के रिपोर्ट में यह पाया गया की पदभरती में बहुत अनियमितता हुए है. जिल्हा के आरोग्य अधिकारी ने कार्रवाई के लिए उपसंचालक को भेजा। मैंने कई समरणपत्र दिए पर अभी तक कोई करवाई नहीं कर रहा है १. क्या मै हाय कोर्ट में रिट पिटीशन दाखल कर सकता हु mandamus ? २. क्या मेरी कोर्ट मुझे जन हित याचिका को करने को कहेगी ? लेकिन इसमें पैसे भरने पढ़ते है जो हर आम आदमी को मुंकिन नहीं ३. क्या डिसिप्लिनरी एक्शन के आधार पर रिट पिटीशन दाखल कर सकता हु सरकारी अधिकारी हमारे तकरारपर कार्रवाई नहीं करे तो लीगल रेमिडी बातये जिसमे हम भ्रष्ट व्यवस्था को सीधा करने में मदद होगी

Sir, my son is studing master degree in a university, his guide is nither accepting his masters thesis Or project nor he is guiding him to make it corrected since last two years. I dont know whats the cause behind it. My son has got Govt. Of India scholarship which is certified by his guide. We became very upset because as per MHRD norms only the candidate who full fills all the rules and regulation and worked regularly can only get scholarship. Then what is the cause of giving him trouble and damage his carear. What can I do legally, pl advice. Baidyanath ghosh.

Going by what you stated I think this can be sorted out by establishing proper communication with the guide. If that doesn't work please contact the higher officials for solution to the problem. I do not know the many finer details of the situation but I think that indulging in litigation and approaching courts hastily is not advisable.
