Department passed order against me is compulsory retirement for that I have challenged this in kat I received order from kat in my favor. Kat has been given directions to the dept. to take him on duty within four months but till today dept. has not given me joining till today. Order date is 19 /4/2024 please 🙏 suggest me.

नमस्कार सर। उत्तराखंड में सरकारी कर्मचारी हूँ। public service tribunal double bench द्वारा प्रमोशन प्रकरण में मेरे फेवर में जजमेंट दिया है। लेकिन एक जज के रिटायर होने के कारण tribunal का कोरम पूरा नहीं हो रहा है जिससे मेरे द्वारा दायर execution suit पर hearing नहीं हो रही है। आगे क्या विकल्प हो सकता है इसी वर्ष मेरा रिटायर मेंट है।

I’m 28 came back from abroad permanently thought to join a corporate then I thought about law as this country’s law is gender biased and I’m not confident to get married to a woman and rely on her mercy as one false case can screw my life and my parents life too so I think law is something that will guard me and I can work on men’s right in this country. Men’s issue is highly ignored in this country even by the law makers and the system. My aim is to work on gender neutral law, a punishment for a man who is rapist should be equally punishing to those woman as well who uses law as a manipulator and destroy man’s life should be hang till death or should be life time prison. Law shouldn’t be soft when it comes to woman.
