This seems to be a case of purely private character. So writ petition may not be maintenable. You may have to take up other legal remedies available in law. For knowing what could be those please take advise of an expert lawyer of your choice by discussing the matter with him in detail.

Yeah that's true. Section 97 of CrPC is also a very effective for search of persons. What is supreme court express that unfortunately that has been made a dead letter.

Constitution contains the provision for gram panchayat. But actual creation of gram panchayat is in the local laws of the state.

Sir, in my case tehsildar is not effecting recovery against recovery certificate issued by RERA court. Two weeks have passed but no result. A sub cont. Of B means A work under B (private Ltd. contructor) and B taken work from C(govt.) who is main contructor. Present B not paid to A so A can file wite file on B and C it is possible? Sir please🙏

Sir agar koi government employee do shadi kiya hai aur dono bibi jinda hai and dono bibi se utpan Santan ki umar 25 years se above ho aur married ho to family pension kise milega aur p.p.o me pahli bibi ko hakdar darsaya gaya ho.

There is no fixed time limit but one has to file a writ petition within a reasonable time.

Only if the school / society receives financial grants / financial aid from the government, of if the school is run by the government itself.

सर मै पुलिस काॅस्टेबल के पद पर कार्यरत था।अब मेरा चयन प्रयोगशाला सहायक पद पर हो गया है।मेरा probation period भी पुरा हो गया है ।मुझे पुलिस विभाग द्वारा ट्रेनिंग का खर्चा जमा कराने को कहा गया और कार्यमुक्त नही किया गया।इसलिए मै जोइन नही कर पाया। बाद मे न्यायालय आदेश के बाद मुझे कार्यमुक्त कर दिया गया।परन्तु मेरा नियुक्ति आदेश निरस्त कर दिया गया था।अब यदि मुझे नियुक्ति नही दे तो क्या मै पुलिस वापस पुलिस जोईन कर सकता हु।या मुझे नियुक्ति दी जाएगीplease help me sir
