SIR THANK YOU FOR ENLIGHTENMENT. WHAT IS THE NEXT REMEDY AFTER DISMISSAL OF S L P DUE TO DELAY? I WAS TRAPPED IN BY ONE OF THE ADVOCATES OF PATNA HIGH COURT. THE DELAY WAS NOT CONDONED BUT THE SAID IT ADVOCATE GAVE ME FORGED documents THE KIDNAPPY IS STILL TRACELESS THE SLP WAS FILLED IN SUPREME COURT FIVE YEARS AGO.

Sir, your way of explaing is very simple & detailed. Keep it up for public interest. People are not aware of technicalities of legal process and not aware of their rights moreover not try to understand these this untill they trap in some legal problem. Lack of knowolege lead to lot of tension and disturb them to great extend disrupting their daily life. Sir, my I got IM order in 2019 for my child in which quantum is high and I filed crpc 127 to review the IM order to reduce the quantum of child IM and also my wife should take the portion of IM but family court didn't took any congnizence on crpc 127 and force me to pay ex petition arrears , now I lost my job and court ask me to file new crpc 127 by withdawing the old crpc 127 , sir and I did that and family court also stike off my defence in main crpc 125, but I still want to reduce my IM and I anticipate again court will delay my new crpc 127 . Can I go to Delhi high court to file a writ petition explainging my situation , will I get any benefit ?
