    In indonesia we have lemon basil for cooking, especially for very spicy sauce. The one in video are sweet basil, its has a very strong herbs aroma. I love it. And its one of the easy plant to grow and propagate. I'd love to try the tea with my own plant.

    It's enjoyable at any temperature you like the best, but to get the highest amount of health benefiting extracts from the herb you need to drink it while they are still warm and dissolved in the water you prepared the herb in.

    i doubt it changes anything. i’m making basil tea (even though i’m british and don’t like tea lol) to make myself happier. i don’t think the heat matter sso good luck!
