I use Rosemary In the kitchen but out of a bag. Did not know that it could be used as fresh. Do the leaves have to be dry when In use? How much of Rosemary leaves can be used for a cup of water? Any recepie for Rosemary tea or can it be Also used when baking meat? Thanx In advance 👋👋

I’m sorry for going with the metric system here, but living in Europe, that’s what I’m used to. I’m sure you can convert easily. Here goes. I let 50 grams of freshly picked organic rosemary gently simmer in 2 litres of water for about 30’. That usually lasts me for five days to a week. I drink it in the morning, with the juice of a freshly squeezed organic lemon.
