Thanks for your video, I have a family member he has muscle pain in his neck for long time. He go to physiotherapist and it doesn’t help. He work in construction 🔨 it starts from back of the nick and up to his head.

I had little numbness in my left arm after a week of Neck Pain and I didn't realise it could be serious. Now I'm doing Self Physiotherapy session for 10 min and will post the result in a month or so.

I get muscular knots around the neck and shoulder blades. I sleep on my side (I try not to)and wake up with horrible shoulder ache and stiffness from the neck. I have lordosis and I do have herniated disc in neck and lower back. I always feel like I have a neck muscular strain. I'm in my late 20s but I got it.

The study reveals small focal intramedullary signal alteration in the cervical spinal cord showing hyperintense signal on T2 weighted images and hypointense signal on T1 weighted images. I got a severe torticollis. That took about four months. Then my head would kind of flop down. I had to put huge effort in to keep my head up. Turning to the right it difficult. Makes walking, looking down, driving very difficult. Over 1 year in. Worse thing ever.

My mom is facing the same thing

I was diagnosed with cervical spondylosis in feb. Since then i have been to two different orthopedic and all they say is to do those exercises and calcium tablets. They arent that effective in my case. Although pain only occur when i pick some weight even 10-15 kg or due to constant sitting posture. The only relief is ice packs. Really wish that there was some permanent cure for this.

I feel muscle spasm on my hands, legs , face but the MRI result shows mild cervical straightening and I did another X-ray today the radiographer said muscle spasm. I took the film to a physio and he said cervical spondolysis. I don’t know whom to believe.. my neck pain, and now tingling on my arm and leg
