You’re awesome man…. I love your playing and thank you for sharing your knowledge
This is the best info I've seen on you tube about how to solo and transition along the neck Thanks Daric
Thanks for sharing
Awesome thanks
선생님 감사합니다. 😊
Good Video 🎶
Thanks Daric, you were my motivation a few years ago to take my bass and started to learn again!
I appreciate your videos, but they aren't very beginner friendly. Can you please pin a comment defining your terms? I don't understand what you are even trying to tell us to practice here

You basically need to practice playing scales using the whole fretboard without stopping. Like if you were to start on F you play a regular scale to the F on the third string or the 3rd fret then keep going up the bass starting from the octave f to the next highest octave.
Theory is not difficult. The hard thing is rhythm. Phrasing. Make melodies with coherence and good taste. That moment when shoot a lick and then to run a scale in shredding sense... Its so heavy... Have you a kind of video like that?

when time for a phil i try what ever pattern working off the octave. hard to go out of key (sour notes).
All you do is 1st position G major all over the neck interspersed with your learned off licks.... cant follow you at alll here.
