If you don’t run those times, watch all my free videos, and do my free programs until you can, then come work with me!
I’ve helped multiple athletes run 10.4 in the 100m, and 4.4 in the 40yd. I’ve also trained Division 1 soccer, basketball, and track athletes.

Definitely agree! Except for that last drill, I can see some benefit to it

Can u make a vid ab in air mobility.( Like doing wind mills, east bays, athletic layups, e.tc)
good stuff bro
DO NOT use the foam roller behind the knees!!! several reasons: Sensitive Structures: The area behind your knee, also known as the popliteal fossa, is home to a complex network of nerves and blood vessels. Rolling this area directly could potentially compress these structures and cause discomfort or even damage. Lack of Muscle Mass: Unlike areas like your calves, thighs, or back, there isn't a lot of muscle mass behind your knees to cushion against the pressure of a foam roller. This can make foam rolling this area particularly uncomfortable or even painful. Potential for Hyperextension: Using a foam roller directly behind the knees could potentially force your knee into a hyperextended position, which can cause unnecessary stress on the ligaments and other structures in your knee joint, potentially leading to injury.

Thanks so much for your videos. They have helped me improve my athleticism in just 2 weeks. Could you maybe do a video about Lebron's vertical jump, like his highest jumps and maybe also why you think he has been able to sustain his hops so late into his career? Even if you don't, I'm still gonna be super appreciative of your content.

What do you think of going out to run or sprint to get better game cardio? I personally thing the best way to get cardio for basketball would be… playing basketball Or The best cardio for soccer would be… playing soccer. But, i’m unsure about going out for runs or sprint training. Will these help my ingame stamina?

Yo this vid was mad informative but I was wondering what you mean by the "punch" during a block step in a 2 foot jump, I've seen it mentioned a couple times when talking about the form for jumping off of 2 feet but never really understood it. Thanks
@justjumari
Жыл бұрын
The last step of a two foot jump should be very rigid and punched at the ground. People use it very softly and yhsy second foot is the lever that decelerates your body which transitions your momentum to vertical displacement. If that’s still confusing lmk I’ll send a video
@dio8281
Жыл бұрын
@@justjumari ohh so you're saying that its like a very quick step that should be transitioning all of the horizontal momentum into vertical height. And if you dont mind could you send the video too I'd just like to learn about it a bit deeper. Thank you man, really appreciate all your advice.

The first time I caught wind of Ja and the way he plays clean back in 2017-2018 I knew I found my all time favorite player since the 90s and I called the fact that this fool was gonna get drafter his rookie year and be the face of the NBA for years to come.. I knew everyone was gonna jumo on the band wagon I knew this fool was gonna dominate the whole league with out hesitation and flat out destroy anyone standing between him and the rim.. and... I WAS RIGHT!!!! His mailing address is above the rim son!!!

Do the same damn jumps he’s doing! This guy talking over the video doesn’t have a clue. Do five sets of thirty seconds. Rest two minutes in between sets. Three days a week. Same thing with backboard touches, jump rope, frog leaps, etc. Theses exercises are for more of a two foot jumper, not one. Please do your research and stop listening to guys like this.

How to shoot
He said “basketball in general is a plyometric”.. no brother. Yes, you can work on plyometric as a training mode to help develop specific skillset in sports (in this case basketball).. but no, Basketball is a sport, simple.. Basketball training whether it is power, resistance, plyo, skills, aerobics, etc are all training modes to help develop the athlete. Plyometrics, however should be monitored closely with tedious coaching (explicit instruction), implemented in the right season (training seasons), and with ideal load (intensity) until the athlete is able to add variations and increase load once certain specific skillsets in strength and neural adaptations are present and progressive. -CSCS certification soon to be achieved and a student starting his masters in exercise science…

Like I remember being like 140 lol In high school, and jumping seemed so easy lol At 220, it’s more of a challenge lol But if you can get it down at 220, you’d be like Michael Jordan lol
