Not sure where you getting that from. I mean the weights he lifting in this video isn't anything crazy on the trap bar deadlifts or the SBD squats. However the guy does look naturally athletic with his frame.

Durant is a 7 ft and a have a big ass wingspam, morant is 6.3 ft which is on the shorter side in the NBA and he still dunking on everybody, he is much more athletic compared to Durant

@@dannynah156Gym equipment means nothing. Recovery is everything. Players now have amazing tools and knowledge that speed up recovery process. 20-30 years ago they believed that more is better. Today, training and recovery methods are much more advanced. Unfortunately, you don't always see that in NBA gyms. A lot of players can't do a proper squat. Lebron is a good example of this. Show Lebron's workout video to a powerlifting coach and you'll see his reaction.
