I hope he gets hit in the face at 95+ MPH in every plate appearance the next game he plays. I love showboating, but even I understand a 1st-game rookie should show respect or get what we expect.

A ball player only gets one first at bat in the MAJOR leagues. He was patient enough to go from 0-2 to 3-2. You could physically feel the magic building. It was just TOTAL JOY AND EXCITMENT!

He absolutely smashed it! I can’t wait for the Jomboy breakdown of this.

Had the pleasure of watching & being around Christopher a lot last season while working with the Smokies. He is so very talented, but his true gift is his positivity and fun he brings to the game. He was always smiles, dancing pregame or in the dugout, and just generally a goofy dude, but man, can he clobber a baseball!

I can't understand how baseball isn't the top sports, all the other ones are either very boring or very confusing.

I loved the way everyone got out of their seats when the count went to 3-2 possibly hoping the young player would walk after being 0-2. And then bam smash a home run! 😁

Been banging it this year too! Cubs got some kinks to workout but they are absolutely headed in the right direction. Feels like a division title is possible even this year if they get more consistent.
