I know you might not play the game again, but if you do the new game+ and defeat all the Valkyries and the Valk Queen then you get Zeus amor that will give you good perks

In Norse mythology, Loki is basically the cause of Ragnarok and he always wanted chaos to happen and led the giants to war with Asgard and him and heimdall kill each other at the battle of ragnarok.

As for what the giants/Jötnar got that makes them special: Since they aren’t all “giant” as Boy explained, I think the things that were unique to them are Size/Shapeshifting and the powers to see the future to varying degrees. Atreus already has limited foresight BEFORE he learned his heritage. And his identity as Loki makes him the most skilled shapeshifter in the norse pantheon of myth.

@@non43209 The thing is that, "Your destiny will continue anyway, you don't need to do anything" is the main point that the game conveys throughout the story. Atreus acted just like Odin in wanting to know and have a control over his destiny and as a result that destiny grew Way closer then it was supposed to (Like how in trying to avoid Ragnarok, Odin literally brought Ragnarok upon him and fast-forwarded it). Even though that may have saved Kratos's life, it still did a lot of damage. Atreus was pretty selfish in wanting what he wanted throughout the story, but isn't that what teens are? They are rebelling contrarians, this just literally something any person can sense as our past or even future. It wasn't just Atreus but a series of things that lead to Brok's death. Atreus, being a Very close friend of Sindri, obviously was seen as a big part of it all. Sindri was also trying to change a destiny, Brok was supposed to die but he didn't. We can see his case as a Final Destination one. While Sindri is the MC trying to avoid the Final Destination. The story is a complete tradegy of things that compiled together in both positive and negative ways. Which is why I don't blame Atreus, because there is no objective answer to this but only subjective.

Loki is the god of mischief and chaos. He is a giant who gives birth to fenrir wolf who eats Odin, hel the goddess of death and the world serpent who will kill Thor and Thor kills him too. Faye is a nickname for laufey and Loki father was called fárbauti. The name fárbauti translates to “dangerous striker and anger striker” which is an accurate name for Kratos since Faye gave him that nickname. Fárbauti is described as lighting which again makes sense for kratos because his father is Zeus the lighting god further tying him into Norse mythology. To sum it up, the world serpent, fenrir wolf which is in the ragnorok trailer and the goddess of death hel is Atreus sons and daughter from the future and kratos grandchildren. There were also hints that gave the reveal away when Atreus ask if he could turn into animals like Loki and his magic has wolves and based on animals.

Only 4 of Loki's children are important for the story of Ragnarok. There are more but let's call then irrelevant for the time being. The Great Wolf Fenrir, the big beast that will eat Odin alive. The Goddess of Death Hel, who will summon an army of dead against all of Asgard. The World Serpent Jörmungandr, which will batte Thor to his own death. In the process, his poison will kill Thor. Thor, after killing Jörmungandr, will take 5 steps before he falls himself due to the poison. Odin's Chariot Sleipnir, an eight-legged horse. Well this one isn't that relevant but Odin took Loki's child and made it his own stead. That's all

Last few tips as well, change out your talisman to the realm shift one you have it’s so much better than the little health burst one you have equipped. Also the combat move where you attack with r1 wait a split second then attack again is an incredibly high damaging combo for both the blades and the axe and it looks cool as f*** 100-% should use it more especially on the valkyries

Wrong. In mythology Loki is not related to any aesir especially Odin. They are blood brothers, not related in any way. Even in marvel they aren't related he's an adopted son.

I've watched AT LEAST 20-30 different youtubers play this game and I've played it back to back multiple times myself. I kid you not, every time I've watched people fight the Valkyries that do the jump and slam down attack on you, she would only do it once or twice. Maybe even 3 times max. But whenever I've fought these particular valkyries she would spam that attack like 6 times in a row. And my first time playing this game I had the biggest issue with that because Kratos couldn't physically move fast enough to dodge that valhalla attack more than 3 or 4 times in a row. I almost wonder if my game had a glitch or something cause I never see them spam that attack for anyone else like that.

I thought you were playing on GMGOW, but this is just normal with crap equipment. You've got the skills to walk through Sigrun on this difficulty, but you're in for a shock when you see her HP bar. You should be playing on a harder setting.

So, he dont use spartan rage for nothing, and buy spartan resurect stone... instead of having more hp stone.

Also superior resurrection stone is actually better because berserker barely restores health but fills rage bar and superior just fills your health but nothing else
