Yeah, he brought that up in an early gameplay video. They gave them this footage for their channels with the understanding that they'd commentate over the audio. I'm sure they recorded that part when they returned. So I'm not surprised that he'd forgotten how the fights went by then.
4:18 I’m pretty sure the move he does there is from the buu saga right before they fuse into vegito. Thank you Doto for getting us even more hype for this game!

21:12 SSG Vegeta uses a move to cancel Super Electric Strike perfectly!!! It didn't look like an explosive wave, though and it did use 2 of that stock energy. Shows the A.I. is good. Also, it looked dope af!!!! I can't wait til Sparking Zero drops!!!! 😁😁😁

They can artificially power up Gohan has many time they wanted His character Peak will always be against Cell when when he reach SSJ2 Ultimate and Beast while lot more powerfull dont have the same weight...heck even future forms he may get

Probably, I know ssj2 Vegeta and ssj3 Goku from Dokkan has that move as a part of their super or U. super so it is either his fight against super or kid buu

From The visuals, Map destruction, characters, art style, mechanics, they're thinking of EVERYTHING for this game.
9:54 Yup! Its an actual feature in the game called 'Chase' i believe, you have to use the right stick as you're doing a dash combo. It was in the older games to some degree but it was way slower and clunkier. This adds a whole new layer of depth to the game for sure. 🔥

Could you remind me: In Raging Blast, when switching characters your opponent had the option to intercept- which didn't stop you from switching your character, but it did mean there was a chance you'd get knocked back when beginning the fight as that character. Was that present in the Budokai Tenkaichi games?

@@AyEmEl_ The intercept mechanic? Nah that wasn't present in the Budokai Tenkaichi games. In fact switching characters in general in the Raging Blast games were slower than the Tenkaichi games.
im 17, i grew up playing budokai tenkaichi 3 on an old ps2 with my 2 brothers, (the younger one got the good old broken controller) and im so excited for this game, i recently got a job and the first thing i did when i got paid was preorder the ultimate edition, you have no idea how excited i am for this, i also preordered 2 controllers so that we can play like old times, i'll connect my pc to the tv at the living room and go to town with it
13:30 is the best part for dragon ball combat. I wanna see more things like the short but quick paced jabs and teleports in other games.
I’m normally not a huge fan of these types of fighting games but this looks amazing
I came here for THE INTRO but sadly, my disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Cosmic Circle is actually a move vegeta used briefly against buuhan during the short fight before fusing into vegito but it had no effect cuz he shielded himself. In dblegends the vegeta in the fusing vegito unit uses the same move.

Don’t know if you’ll see this or if it’ll make a difference but. If you do see this and can relay feedback to them. I think you should be able to break the stage barrier and send them flying to other stages within reason. For example hard hit into the barrier cracks it once more and you’re sent flying. Add cutscene with damage being dealt or just of them flying after them. Or you could do strong hit at the end of the heath bar to send them flying
