@@alaboutlife1178 He's 15, even Ronnie makes poor shots at times, even Stephen Hendry at the peak of his dominance managed to miss sitters like the black he missed over the middle pocket, most club players would have potted it and he missed it.

To play snooker at the age at that pace what a talent lovely to see

I see much of Stephen Hendry in this guy more so than any other player. Just lots of practice with positioning, his potting is pretty much sorted but as we all know, positioning can win or lose a match, especially later on in life when safety shots have to be safe or the frames over. Great kid, can see him going very far in the sport!

I'm sorry but there's loads of the child players that come onto the scene and they look decent. This kid however is different gravy. Like a Ronnie Judd Davis Hendry kind of player at that age. This talent is a generational talent and stands apart by Miles from other snooker players his age. He is already showing the traits of being a world beater .

@@25756881 I've seen several full matches with him back in the day, by far the slowest and most annoying player, even his "fast" pots were far, far over 10 or even 15 seconds, being annoying to piss of other players is not a strategy, it's a lack off being able to win on technique and talent, so you resort to being annoying and therefore hated by most fans, including me.

Mate his cue ball control is just fine. Difficult to really tell someone's full potential at a shootout match. The kid has already hit a 147. He knows how to control a cue ball. And the scary thing is it van only get better

His cue ball control was good he kept it on one side of the table most of the time this will be perfected as he gets better kudos to him

Not sure but i think the youngest you can turn professional is 16, which i suppose is right. It certainly shouldn't be younger than 15. With his talent he will turn pro quickly and hopefully have great success but this isn't always guaranteed (jack lisowski)

@@zbigniewczaykowski514 There's a Ukrainian 16-year-old called Iulian Boiko on the professional tour at the moment, and he was playing the tour last season at the age of 15. He actually won his tour card in 2020 when he was still 14. I don't think there is an official age limit, but height issues effectively create a barrier to anyone younger playing.

Unfortunate for Lu Ning, he seems to be struggling lately.

Being no better than most of the best players, puts him ahead of almost the entire field. Nothing wrong with this format, as long as they keep the other formats. It brings a different audience to snooker, then maybe they will start to appreciate the longer matches?
