I’m almost 71... I bought the 45 rpm of this song by The Troggs in 1967 when I was 17. I have never gotten tired of hearing it, and love that it made its way into the soundtrack of several movies over the years. But I have to say that Marti and Wet Wet Wet were born to sing this song their way. What a joy to listen to!

One of the BEST songs of all time💪😍

I am 67 year old female living in Wichita KS. First time I heard this tune was in the movie Love Actually. Recently I was watching a tv commercial and heard the tune in the background. I asked my husband who has a good ear for recognizing music found the original song by The Troggs on You Tube. I then found the tune on You Tube by Wet Wet Wet who I have never heard of. I like the video of the good looking young man with long hair 🤪

What a great song. I’m 60 today and that song was a big hit in my thirties. I was going through a divorce and music helped me so much. ❤

I am enjoying listening to this song, as I am there now. I am clapping with the audience and smiling with the singer. Marti Pellow is brilliant. He is pouring his heart in this performance. The whole band is fantastic. Let's also pay tribute to the late songwriter of this song Reg Presley. 🙏❤

This song is just outstanding..ONE OF THE BEST LOVE SONGS..

He took care of himself and his voice, he looks good and sounds really as in really good. he was enjoying himself. Most importantly wasn’t embarrassed to say “God bless!”. Loved his song on the 90s but seeing this live and listened to the original and he still sounds the same. He really has a really nice voice gives me the impression he was classically trained. Another singer with a really nice voice is George Michael.

It reminds me of my past when I was then a soldier assigned at the mountain in the province somewhere here in the Philippines. I was 24 years old then and now, I am 54 years old. That song also reminds me when I fell in love with a young lady who used to work in the military camp as a nurse, but sad to say that I failed to have her.

The first time I heard this song was in 6th grade 1994. Almost 2 decades now still listening to it
