I saw U2 front and center at meadowlands 2009 I was 16 and with my older brother and I remember looking around and about the crowds jumps and movements looked like the ocean it was wonderful.. no phones and I remember French people next to me dropped there iPhone out there pocket from jumping around and I gave ur back to him

Just look at the brotherly love, calm and pure joy in that crowd., she is angelic in this performance (awesome band backing her too), still amazingly powerful and moving, 20 years later, just watched it 3 more times, soooo much to take in.

There is undoubtedly music that brings something more than special, what a beautiful song.

what a great time, no smartphones, everyone enjoying the concert.... take me back !!

How was this possible ? This is how every song should be sung and played. So minimalistic, but so powerful. Nothing gets in the way of main vocal. All the people on stage were there to serve the music.

Dido is one of my favorite. She’s incredible
