Werrikimbe National Park, in the Great Dividing Range between Port Macquarie and Walcha contains sub-alpine woodland and meadows, swamps, wet sclerophyll forest, four types of rainforest, and the source of the Hastings River.
This sampler video contains examples of images and video clips made during a weekend visit to the Mooraback area of Werrikimbe. Some of this material will be used in future videos about wildlife and nature photography. It was made relatively quickly using the 'Slideshow Module' of Adobe Lightroom Classic.
Permission to fly a drone in the park was obtained from the NSW National Parks & Wildlife Service.
Highlights of the video include behaviours of Eastern Grey Kangaroos and sightings of Platypus.
