I Second that. Sometimes when they go to haunted attractions and such, but hey it's best to take one's time to cover everything. Happy Halloween!!😁

So much history here, everything from Dracula to Star Trek to The Incredible Hulk
Great job lining up those shots. The most famous starship captain fought a Gorn in that location too.
Man I love the shot line ups!Amazing after all these years how some places haven't changed.
What a great little video, I love that Hollywood still uses these real geographical filming locations as to just creating the same shot on a controlled sound stage. Guerrilla filmmaking in the middle of nowhere must be so cool, no matter the movies budget.
Wow that's crazy I just watched werewolf of London and the wolfman the other day
That was brilliant, I adore how many times that location was used, it makes it really special. The fact that you have dedicated so much time to finding all those shots is also movie magic in it's own way you know that right? !
I love these adventures. Crazy they haven't changed all that much in so long
Can't help but sing Werewolf of London . What a beautiful area,as I've said before the old monster movies are THE BEST ! I knew I would like this video 😊
Oh my,i haven't seen this since I was a kid. Thanks Michael and Jessica for all you do 🖤🖤
Mike this is why I love this channel - where else or who else would do a filming location vlog on a relatively obscure 90 year old horror movie? Thank you! I loved it.
It never ceases to amaze me the wealth of knowledge you both have...I learn so much everytime I watch you guys...Thanks for another terrific vid...This little ghostie is soooo proud to be so! Love ya both ❤❤😊😊
I’ve lived in Santa Clarita for years & im always amazed at just how many productions have filmed around here
I find all these filming locations fascinating.🏴
You guys never disappoint I am obcessed with 1930's horror especially Universal and this is actually my favorite movie of all time! Also my favorite work of Jack Pierce. It's close with Dracula and John Carpenter's Halloween but I absolutely love this movie and watch it literally all the time and will be this Friday for the full moon. They need to give it its respect and give it an actual release not a double feature DVD or legacy collection double feature disc and rescan it already
It'd be a dang great spot to watch a outdoor projected film! 🍿🎥 ❤
My all time favorite Werewolf movie was the Howling “I want to give you a piece of mind “😮
What a terrific movie. Henry Hull and Warner Oland! What writing acting directing. Pioneers all.
I loved this video for an entirely different reason. It’s also where the Granolith was hidden in my favourite TV show of all time ROSWELL. 5:19 is the exact spot where Max and the gang gain entry. In some shots I can even see where Liz Parker runs down at the end of S1 finale.
Best line ever in that movie..."Thanks for the Bullet"! 😂 Great stuff as always folks.
My funny werewolf story: back in the 80s I ordered a cool werewolf mask from the back of Fangoria magazine, so the first time goin' out the back door at night, I scared the medium sized neighbor dog, thru the chainlink fence; the dog tore-off, runnin' for it's life, 'round the corner of its house, screaming, "Yike!-yike!-yike!-yike!-Yikes!!!", completely terrified
Wow! Such a great job lining up all those shots from a movie made almost a century ago. I love it! Happy Halloween 👻
Happy Halloween 🎃🧡! Love the Ghost Club!! Also, another black and white, older movie! It's so cool your finding the locations before they disappear! Stay Spooky 👻
100% fascinating!!!! Love those early werewolf movies. Hearing the details about the makeup, and the challenges of making this was so cool!! Micheal when you pointed out how far your car was in the parking lot, looked like miles,,I thought to myself that is one dedicated historian!! Appreciate all you do!!!👍🙏🏽🎃🐈⬛🌚

Beautiful landscape! Very cool to see the actual spots lined up with the movie. Makes me want to see it for myself. Thank you for sharing! 💕💕💕
You knocked this outa the park awesome Job! A Fantastic view thanks for taking us along Mike & Jessica Luv&Peace!
You do a great job on filming locations. The framing is awesome and you tell great stories and interesting facts about the film and the locations. Keep up the great work. As always, Happy Halloween!
I cannot remember when was the last time I saw werewolf of London. But I remember I loved it. Thank you for doing this video for the filming locations on it. This is really good
Any mention of Warren is greatly appreciated.
Love these Then and Now videos!!
Great video Michael, Jessica awesome location
Another great documentary...well done for taking the time to align the footage. I thought it was done by matte painting and sound stage...keep up the good work.🇬🇧🇺🇸❤
I really want to go to Vasquez rocks. There is so much cool movie history there!
I used to live off highway 14 in Canyon Country. Beautiful place to go for a hike.
Vasquez Rocks as always an incredible landmark, regardless if you're talking about horror movies SciFi stuff, Westerns you name it. Happy Halloween!!🤠
Yet another informative, well-researched, & wicked-groovy-awesome Grimmlife adventure!! Thanks very much for sharing this, safe travels & as always...Happy Halloween🎃👻✌
Another great! Video. This was one of my favorite movies I grew up watching with my mom. Old movies are the bomb. I've seen them all. And still enjoying them. 🎃🖤
Amazing video yet again! It’s crazy how that much time passes and the rocks haven’t changed! I love it! The history about things like that I really admire which is why I love the both of you!!!! Happy Halloween! ❤️👻🎃
Good morning Grimms and Ghosts! Yay, another vid to watch!! Just started Horror's Hallowed Grounds - Fast Times with Adam The Woo - Grimm... guess I need to pause that on the KZread TV channel and watch this ASAP. Michael, you sure do stay busy. This made my morning! (By the way, Michael, you did a great job lining up the rocks with the old video shot of the camp! I don't know if you have, or have considered getting, an Atomos Ninja V or not - they're pretty pricey - , but it has a really cool overlay function where you can load a still you want to match in your video and then overlay it on your live shot to get an exact position for your shoot. Very cool for stuff like this!)
You guys always amaze me on how critical you are of lining up shots. It really puts everything into perspective. Love you guys. Been with you since 40k subscribers. So happy to see what this channel has grown into.
Love your videos and how you show a scene from the movie and then show the same location today. Great work! Thanks.
Always amazing work Michael and Jessica keep up the great work you're both amazing I love how your storytelling just captivates us all ✨✨ keep filming history keep telling the stories thank you
You're good at what you do lining up shots and telling the story.....Keep up the good work.
This was great to watch. Thanks for showing the Filming Location.
Fun Fact.. The movie has several other distinctions, the first was that it was the only time when both an actors howl and those of an actual wolf were used together. Another unseen werewolf in the untransformed human form that was killed by the other was played by Warner Oland who had begun his 16 film run as Charlie Chan. His Dr Yogami who was Asian of course owing to Oland's success in the other role isn't suspected of being a werewolf until late in the film were another victim was found in the characters hotel room. The actor brought another first to the film having been in what's considered the first talking picture The Jazz Singer many years before and also appeared in a film called Charlie Chan in London. What sets apart many of these classics in the genre apart is that victims are rarely meet their end graphically being often found or just in the monsters clutches before the kill. Indeed one if the best ever was The Werewolf from 1956 as you heard but did not see two victims being dispatched in a jail cell lets the audiences imagine not see it being done...👀''
Thanks for doing this one, as it was one of my favorite movies.
I have this movie in my collection and I love it. It's probably just me, but I've always loved this makeup on the werewolf more so than on the Wolfman, so it was interesting to hear about the Jack Pierce story with the makeup. I just found the makeup on the werewolf more believable than the Wolfman. Don't get me wrong, I do love the Wolfman though, lol Such a gorgeous filming location, and so much film work done there You seem to have had your exercise for the week Michael with all that climbing, lol, so best get home, have Jessica massage your feet, and take a good rest. As always, you did another great video/story Happy Halloween🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃🎃
Always so intresting to see all locations and hear you tell the story about the movies. Always impressed of all facts and places. Happy Halloween 🧡🧡🧡🧡
Mr. Grimm... This was a great adventure. Been a horror/sci-fi for 60+ years. Love the old classics. I re-read Guy Endore's "Werewolf of Paris" last month. Now I'll be re-watching "Werewolf of London" thanks to the tour of the film locations.
A well made video and enjoyable tour ! Greets, Tom, Belgium.
His son Cortlandt Hull runs a wax museum in Ct. called the Witch's Dungeon. Lots of movie props too
Werewolf of London is one of my favourite Universal Horror movies
I love Vasquez Rocks. I went there as a kid a couple of times and didn't return for over thirty years. In the intervening years i learned that so many of my favorite movies like Dracula and TV shows like Star Trek and The Incredible Hulk, among others, were filmed there. The rocks never change, although it looks like some of the shrubs have actually been trimmed since i was there a few years ago. You were near where Captain Kirk fought the Gorn early on in the video!
I remember this movie. It is so interesting to see how movies are put together thanks guys.
Awesome as usual! Thanks for taking us all with you! You guys ALWAYS go way and beyond for us! #HappyHalloween 🌕💚🖤 🎃
You ghouls are always coming up with the coolest places to visit and I love learning from you guys. Thank you ghouls ❣️🎃
WoL is one of my favorite of the Universal Horror films. So glad to see it get new love wit this new century. Love videos like this ad when you did the spots for DRACULA 1931. I recently had a friend who loves these classic like myself inform me that they discovered that you can also match locations to the 1932 classic THE MUMMY. In particular, when the film jumps from 1921 to "present day" 1932 and the location of "The British Field Expedition 1932" the location was found to be in Red Rock Canyon, which my friend said is a 3 hour drive from LA. He sent me pics showing you can clearly math the mountains behind the expedition office, the little slope where Frank first see what turns out t be The Mummy traveling on camel, and the spot where The Mummy says the princess is buried. Maybe just an idea if you ever want to do matching from that classic Universal Horror film as well.

Great makeup! different than the hairy wolfman , the only thing wrong was cheaper sets like the town should of been foggy, more extras, big castles,( the rock sets in the beginning are good
