Slugs love beer,fill a shallow dish with beer, they will drown themselves. 🐌🐌❤

It’s always sad when family leave to go home especially Mum’s. Before Covid lockdowns my two sisters would come from New Zealand to stay with me in Sydney, Australia. I would so miss them when they went home. Because of different things they haven’t had a chance to come back again. Love your welding work the pillars are amazing

I recently watched a video in which the gardener put rough or coarse sand in circles around her plants. We watched to see if it would work. It did. Apparently slugs don't like to crawl across the uneven texture. I thought of you right away. If you try this I hope it works for your beautiful garden.

Natalia, are you home yet? Papa and Holly must be so excited for your return. Holly probably wiggles from ears to tail when she sees you come home. When Papa retires from work you must find a huge vegetable plot above Lake Como where you can grow gigantic batches of potatoes 🥔 and tomatoes 🍅. Then all of us could see you more and you would have your little girl close. Sergi, as much as you miss your sweet MIL, be extra kind to Alla, too, as she mourns her mama’s departure from 🇮🇹 Italy. They are good for one another.

Hi alla. Put lityle bowls of beer oit and it will draw the slugs. It really works...in fact I just watched another video todsy where the lady was having a slug problem and she put the beer out and problem solved❤❤❤😘!

Just heard that Taylor Swift and Travis Kelcie, American celebrities, were vacationing in Lake Como and we're also looking at properties to perhaps buy! You might have new neighbors!

I bet you could make a nice little business selling these, Alla. Spray some black, white, green and I bet you could sell them to the garden centers or split some of the profits with them.

Did you try crushed egg shells?

Place crushed eggshells around your plants. They do not like to crawl across the roughness.

yes, slugs were pretty happy and had a good time, we should try vine traps next time - this is Italian slugs, after all

Sergi, your humor always delights me…. Did the slug/beer solution not work? I have wondered why it hasn’t been used. (😜 so have a lot of other people) 😂

Think of it this way, yr mum will be more prepared with supplies to bring for yr kitchen next trip. 😊 Yr chairs are they upside for a reason 🤔

Oh I just noticed they are right way up, my chairs are the other way around, wide side on top more room for arms.
