Yep we love everything outdoors here at Steps for the Soul, but we are also striving to be the greatest, strongest version of ourselves. Join me as I show you the world through my eyes. The outdoors have always been my "go to" for mental clarity. Everything seems to start making sense as those shoes hit the dusty trail. Yes, nature is my therapist. So using it as a backdrop for some truths that I have found to be helpful. My hope is my healing, my growth, can be yours as well. Thank you so much for supporting the channel.
