Backpacking Yellowstone - Waterfalls, hot springs, and rainbows - Alan Watts "The Dream of Life"
Yellowstone National Park is known for its incredible geothermal features. But there is a section of the Park called Cascade Corner. Here lies some of the most magnificent waterfalls in the country. Some even have hot springs and rainbows at the base of them. Dunanda Falls is a truly special place. I was lucky enough to spend some time here with some great family, and friends.
I share a part of Alan Watts most famous lectures "The Dream of Life". In this lecture he plays with the idea that each life is but a dream. One where we design it the way we want. After many "dreams" we start to get curious and wonder "how wild of a ride can I experience"? Hence our current life. It reminds me that life is all a game of play. A series of experiences that we choose to fulfill our continual evolution. Let me know your thoughts, and please share with anyone who could benefit from his message.

@@stepsforthesoul Love that wording, “richness of life!” In my dream I always wanted to be married, have kids, a career, and provide for my family. It all gave me a purpose. Now I’m about to celebrate the marriage of my youngest daughter. Definitely a “richness of life” moment! IMO!

@@stepsforthesoul my father-in-law used to say a married couple with kids will experience higher highs and lower lows. When something good or bad happens to one of your kids the emotion is magnified. He should know as he has lost a child and seen one become richly successful. He frequently would get a tear in his eyes when one of my kids would give him a big hug and tell him they loved him. Ahhh, the beauty of life. Knowing that you are loved and that you matter! The richness of life!

@SummitSeeker546 I love this. And have to agree as well. Ive never worried so much as I have since I had kids. My mom told me you are only ever as happy as your least happy child. I have a couple kids struggling with "life" stuff and it wears on me. But I know it is their path and their lessons. Oh the layers of life. It is like a rich layered cake😅
pretty awesome video my friend. Just as I always expect. Kept thinking how epic that would be for someone from New York. Reminds me how spoiled we are living here.
