A lot of property owners don’t allow subletting and also what if you can’t rent it fast enough you’ll be stuck with the monthly rent! What if the renter damages the property? Sounds good, but very risky!

interesting, I only started with 50k and make 5-7k a month lol

Yeah he probably chose a very pricey mall location sometimes not worth it

​@@drchaubnb you should of started with a b class location in good populated area and you'd pay less than half of what you done paid.

I’m trying to start one at a mall kiosk type thing, and also a boba cafe truck, I don’t think it was smart to spend that much to start up the business it makes no sense, you just need ingredients, the machines, and a few other things realistically, sounds easier said then done but over 300k is wild

I have been working in Chinese bubble tea shop since 4 years I can juice many types of items. I am working in Chinese bubble tea shop in Dubai

I’m looking into opening a sort of tea/coffee stall right now and I think I can do it with less than 15k, how could it possibly have costs $380k😭 and to even have that kind of startup cash? How’d you do it?

Just a piece of advice, please make sure to account all expenses before even starting. Would be very difficult if you start the business and end up being stuck with lack of funds. My shop was in one of the most luxurious mall in US. Had to renovate and spend on interiors and all that… 🤷🏻‍♂️

And me having 10k I am thinking on what to do

And all equipment as well. Most boba shops don’t shake their tea them selfs,they use a machine, same for sealing the plastic lid

U don’t know business. 250k is the average to open up a regular shop. For a boba tea shop that’s not bad, especially now a days
