Great idea, go to the customer... it's like going fishing, you got to go to where the fish are at or if you have fishing gear and you don't go to the water... you won't catch any fish 👍‼️

Awesome. I love seeing small business owners focus on old school direct marketing over digital. Modern marketers focus on selling social media, branding and digital ads because there aren't any solid results to be held accountable for. I worked in an ad agency and I was always stunned by how much we charged businesses for social media that arguably got worse results than a cheap flyer campaign.

Very true. Social media ads aren’t effective. Our brains are trained to ignore ads on social media and just get to content anyways. I can say I’ve been to zero restaurants/cafes as the result of getting a glimpse of an ad on those.

11. Have a nice logo and invest in branded to-go cups. You’ll have clients carrying/disseminating advertisement for your place all over town. Don’t go for plain white cups to try to save money. That’d be a lost opportunity.
