Weight-Loss Walking Workout to do at Home with 3000 Energizing Steps

This 25 minute 3000 energizing steps walking workout will help with weight loss, especially if you cater the 20 second walking intervals to your fitness level. You can walk at my pace with me, or if you're able to, you can pick up the pace and jog or run before joining me again for the next exercise. This workout is all about making it your own. If you're used to working out with 'Improved Health', this is considered an intermediate level workout. Total step count today is 3000 steps (including the stretching exercises at the end).

I spent a couple of hours pulling weeds in the cool of the morning and had decided I didn’t need to work out. Then I remembered it’s Monday and clicked on just to see what was new. Ended up doing the whole thing and glad I did! Thanks, Jules. Loved this one!

This one flew by! The combo moves (leg to side, leg to front, with bicep curl; one legged alternating kick and knee lift), plus all the balance moves -- including the knee lift ab work -- added just enough challenge to the cardio. Getting in thirty minutes from the get go really made this new week start off on the right foot! 🦶

@@ImprovedHealth Appreciate you saying this. At first my arms were going in the same direction as my legs. As for the glutei kick backs? Let's just say they kicked butt, ha ha. I hope you know how much gratitude I have for all the thought you put into making your videos. All the different moves keep them fresh. Plus, using gray matter as well as heart muscle, makes them even more challenging -- and fun!

That was incredible. You got me to do the whole thing by doing a tiny gaff move about 5 minutes before the end. Then the screen said, 'be proud' and I went for it. Those encouraging messages of yours really do wonders.

Enjoyed this one. Perfect length for a quick walk. I love the alternating of marching with different moves every 20 sec. I also appreciate that you provide the bpm for the music. This way we can choose our own music and really make the workout our own. Thank you!

This is fantastic! Thank you so much, Julie! I am in my early 50s and didn't realize my balance needed so much work. These exercises are more than just for our body. They get the brain working as well. Thank you again. I have been consistently doing your videos for over a month and am seeing great results already. I also really love that you dress modestly. ❤ I am not inspired by seeing skin or cleavage, no matter how well toned or gorgeous.

24, 06 2024 HI Jules, it's been a while..I have been doing other workouts and also yours, my favourite one,but since I downloaded it,I do not always remember to put the date there. Last week I was gravely ill with fever and all sorts of awful symptoms so there was not much exercise being done.I discovered this gem today and I loved it being fresh and different, thank you Jules, I thoroughly enjoyed it.I guess,I will download this one, later. I have every intention to keep it and do it another times as well. I hope you are fine, and you are making happy your clients with recreational activities, counsel, oh, I am sorry, I am not sure I remember well what exactly is you do as a recreational counsel. I knew, and now I am a bit at a loss. Please, help me a bit, explain it to me again, what you do how you help folks. Thank you. Have a good night!

This one was really great, just like last week's video! Someday, I'd love to see a 10,000-step workout that goes at this pace the entire way through. I've done the other 10,000-step ones, but there's a bunch of running to get to the step count. No matter how long the workout took, I'd love a steady one. Thanks for all that you do.

I am so happy 😅yesss I did it cause this morning after now almost 9 days whith the sinusitis and than taking Tylenols and Advils few days. I decide not to take any of theese that make me sleep or feel bad. So an houre ago I said hey, I feel better, my full boddy really need to move. Let's listen to my boddy 😂 I did it, I feld good all time. But I will not do an any moor till tomorrow or jeudi. 😊 love the music Jules and the 20 sec. And all the moves. Alle samt sind gut zum abnehmen, bin fast 62 war krank und komme endlich auf 10 000 Schritte wieder. Abnehmen sieht man nicht nur auf der Waage sondern auch beim abmessen von Bauch Arme und Beine. Muskulatur wird aufgebaut dadurch geht auch das Gewicht hoch , aber Fettmasse runter!

Hi Liz, a combination of cardio (aerobic exercise) and strength training is best for losing weight. It's a difficult question to be specific with an answer because I don't know your current fitness level and what you're able to do, etc. The best plan is to find the amount of time you can manage and do cardio daily, and strength training 3x a week. As you get stronger, you can increase your cardio pace, or time, and start using heavier weights as well. There are so many different routes to go with exercise but the big thing with starting is being consistent and exercising daily if you can.

Day 3 and I thought I'd try it with 0.75 kilo weights (which feel quite heavy to me as I'm not a regular user of weights.) However I surprised myself by using them until the very end and then did a short 10 minute one with weights still in hands! 💪🏻 Q. Do you have a workout video aimed at helping to reduce 'Bingo Wings' please Jules? 😊 Annette x🎈

Great to read that you intensified this workout with the weights, Annette. I do have some arm workouts that will help to strengthen the biceps and triceps. If you go to my main page and put in 'arm workouts' in the search bar, they should pop up. I made one fairly recently which is 10 minutes (once I've started a comment, I can't go into my videos to copy and paste).
