Having healthy food does not have to mean depriving yourself of taste. Although the ingredients you mentioned are healthy but it doesn't look consumable AT ALL. Cooking is an art and there are countless ways to add flavor to our meals keeping them nutritious.

He mentioned that you can cook chicken/paneer in any curry you like. Other than that most items were nuts, badaams, eggs and fruits. I understand that eating 6 egg whites won't taste good everyday, so you try flavoured whey protein shakes.

Must say, I have witnessed a drastic transformation in my physique with no supplements, but only organic diet along with the proper forms of exercises you suggest. Keep posting such videos. You are the great virtual gym instructor as you have slow and easy way of teaching. Sir I have a very busy schedule and I just take only 2-3 meal a day ( Breakfast - lunch - Dinner ). And I m 32 year old , height 6'2 inch , body weight is consistently 60 kg over past 10 years.

It’s never too early or too late to work on a better you.
From my opinion, don't waste too much money and time for cooking food and eat those simple foods which will provide u a lot of nutrients and also we don't need to consume 6-7 meals a day. Just use the following meals a day :- (for gain) 1. Morning breakfast : Oatmeal with 2 med size banana and some nuts and 2 whole eggs.. 2. Lunch : Simple daily food prepared by our mother nd try to add daal for protein nd salad for fibres... 3. Pre workout meal : Shake ( 2 med. Size banana + 1 cup oats + 2 spoons peanut butter + 200 ml milk ) 4. Post workout meal : just 3-4 egg whites or boiled potato 5. Dinner : Simple homemade food Take a little glass of milk before bed.👍👍 I think this whole day diet is more than enough for a beginner/intermediate for gaining 🔥👍👍👍

I am a not a expert but I think morning workout is better since at night I guess it's not good to workout and sleep right after but it's fine if you sleep after 5 hours maybe when you done I might be wrong thog🤡
