Hi Kristyn! 💫 Loved this vlog as usual! Question... Where did you find the Fontana white chocolate sauce for your coffee? I found a 64 oz bottle on Walmart.com, Amazon & Ebay for like $45 but the consumer comments say that it expired but good for 2 weeks after opening the bottle. Did you experience that?

Hii beautiful! I’m interested in project management, I have No experience! the course that is offered at my community college is Project Manager/Lean six sigma. Do you have any information on the Lean Six Sigma portion of Project Management? Is it very technically driven? Can I have any tips or advice? I’ve been told I’m very organized, Leader and a bit of a protectionist. Off topic. I’m a Virgo. I am curious to know what your zodiac sign is 😁

I'm in school to become a PM as my second career. I've worked for Costco for 21 years, so time for something new. I read "Nice Girls Don't Get The Corner Office" last year which was the catalyst for the changes I've made in my own career. I even got promoted! Thank you so much for sharing!

I could have started my new high paying job on Monday but instead I delayed it to give my current (trash) job two weeks notice, and now they are treating me horribly. I should have put myself first and just bounced when I had the chance. Matter of fact, I may "go to lunch" and never come back!

I work in IT Management and our company recently started incorporating PM into our major Projects/Deliverables. I'm struggling with yall, sis lol. I understand the need however I/we feel the PM folks don't understand what goes into development and testing. PM focuses on dates and we constantly butt heads. I had a PM tell me "we don't have time for defects" I got a good chuckle out of that! I digress. Love your channel and diverse content ❤

I totally understand your corporate experience! I had a similar situation this week when I pushed back on some things with a manager. I told my manager about it and he was so proud of me for standing up for myself vs just going along with it!

Perfect timing and a really good break today for me. I’m knee deep in studying for my PMP and I got all excited because I knew what you were referring to at the beginning. ( this is so overwhelming and so much information 😩) But I’m going to keep pushing! 🌟⭐️💫

🤩😍👏🏾I LOVE LOVE LOVED this vlog! Your editing is impeccable sis!!! I’m loving the sit downs, music, cuts, and transitions. You look amaaaazing by the way! I’m going to check out that book; I was such a doormat when I was teaching, the admin took advantage of me and all the other teachers. Even from day one, I was offered 32k - and I had a masters degree in education, a bachelors in education, a bachelors in sociology, and 6 years of experience. I asked for nothing less than 42k, they said 36k max and told me they were doing me a favor, I should be thankful, and take it of leave it - so I took it and then felt so disrespected and disappointed in myself. Would they have EVER said that garbage to a white man?!?! No. It’s wisdom to learn how to navigate the corporate world as a black woman. Hey hey hey! ⭐ I'm glad to hear that you were able to take some things from the book and apply it. From one of your last videos, it did sound like you were being too nice to that woman who was being snappy. I understand the notion of not being perceived as an angry black woman, but there is a balance; people will start to take your kindness as weakness. Plus, a lot of times those who always perceive an ASSERTIVE black woman as being as an angry black woman have their own issues they need to work out on why they feel that way. I'm going to add this book to my audible collection to read; I'm sure I can take some things from it as well 😁 Also, it sounds like PM may be something I need to look into. I love detailed work, structure, organization, and have a technical background! Keep inspiring us!!! ❤
