Welcome to Week 12 Aqua Move of the Week with Thrive Aqua 🎉💪
Week 12 is SIDE KICKS
Today Donna pops together a choreography combo using side kicks, double side kicks, side cross kicks and double side cross kicks.
Tips....
💦push your heels out to the side to try to get full extension
💦 add a plyometric jump in between the side to side kicks
💦when doing single cross kicks engage your core and try to keep your hips facing the front. Good Luck !!
