I definitely have some good ideas about productivity and how to fit everything in. Maybe I could think of a video for that.
Keep it up!

Completely get having a busy job interfering with training! Hopefully will have a home gym set up like yours in the near future to make it a bit easier

Sounds like a fair bit of time when you put it like that actually. I normally count it like 7 more top singles to go. Which feels closer and makes me push
You have a great taste of music!

Bro I wanted to purchase a squat rack like yours . Did you customize it just for yourself as per your need? Or its available on rogue website or something
@HadynWiseman

It's just available on the website but I had to buy in 2 parts. The HR rack then the half rack conversion kit or something. I love it though
did you return your singlet or was it a stretching issue? good to know ur feeling better!

Wow well remembered haha. No I had to return it and get a size up!
Hadyn u got any tips for being more upright in sumo? I feel like I'm just doing a conventional dl in a sumo stance, my back works all of the ground, I only get to use legs past the knees.
@HadynWiseman

You can bend the legs more but that can be weaker at first. I used to be less upright but think the strength developed over time. It could also be proportions like if you have short arms compared to your torso etc. Some people will be stronger conventional just due to their leverages.

@@HadynWiseman bend the legs as in opening the femur? i heard some people saying that their position lets them almost leg press the weight, i just cant seem to get there

@@lex494 I feel you re: not quite seeming to be able to get there. I commented similarly on Hadyn's last deadlift vid. I've lifted for ages and do plenty of mobility work and such, but that über-upright posture just seems hard for me to hit, maybe due to my proportions or lack of experience w/sumo or some lingering mobility issues or whatever (my adductor mobility is garbage, in particular). I only switched to sumo fairly recently though so we'll see how things progress over the next year or two.

It honestly took me a really long time to get better at it, I would say a couple of years before it started clicking, you can also try widening your stance which takes a bit of getting used to and a little more adductor strength. But allows you to be more upright@@lex494
Dude 5 days is a long time for food poisoning. You might wanna go to a doctor or something.

Yes I did have to call a doctor. We had a video call and they saw that I was having electrolytes etc to stay hydrated and that I was in good health otherwise so said my body would get it out. If not then I would need to send a stool sample or something. But it's starting to clear up now.
