I absolutely loved seeing Harvey and Oslo hiking in the Langdales. Stunning filmography and Harvey you were so relaxed and natural. So glad that you all had such a great time at the Kendal Mountain Festival. I will endeavour to go one year as I grew up in Windermere and my mum lives near the Howgills. I hiked the Langdales this summer just gone and found the paths difficult to keep track of up at the top... and that was on a clear day, so I'm impressed how well you did Harvey with the cloud. Huge reliance on map reading! The mountain festival looked really good too - huge benefit of living close by, you can just pop along to these things as and when they happen!

As always a brilliant video… cannot help but bring a smile to my face. I caught your talk at Kendal and thought it was very good, honest and thought provoking. Great to catch up with Mark B as well. Kendal was brilliant and I always come away with new ideas and enthusiasm and some of the talks in base camp were superb.

Always loved the Longdales in November , the colours especially Lower down were always fabulous . I must admit I half expected you to go to the old dungeon Gill for a pint of old peculiar and a dog bowl for Oslo :).

Lovely round-up! I love atmospheric, misty conditions as well - the feeling of being the only person on earth. 😮😂 the puppy in the wall! Was Oslo near his former home trail running territory ? He looked really energised! If his aerobic health is up to it, it might be good for his soul for him to run in some senior races. Need to be careful tho as rehomed ex racing greyhounds have weakened hearts and are prone to dying whilst chasing wildlife.
