Somehow this was very motivating. I used to be a hard core weight lifter before I found out I was pregnant. 6 months later and I’m still not back into it; today I just might wake up tomorrow morning and get my booty back in the gym and doing something. Wonderful video

It not only makes me happy but also motivates me that, these guys who were not at all comfortable with their bodies, worked hard and gained their confidence back... The results and happiness is priceless..!!

i love that kim kardashian is what led me here but what made me stay was the persistence and positivity of these guys

I KNOW there are people watching this thinking, “yeah, theses guys were never fat, they only had like ten lbs to lose, etc etc” and maybe you’re thinking you have sooooo much more to lose, or your “before” looks soooo much worse. I promise you if u keep at it, workout, feed your body, no yo yo dieting, no crash dieting, do it the right way, and keep at it... you will succeed! 65-70 lbs down since 2012 here. At a normal weight when I spent 25 years of my life being obese. Good job and keep it up!

This is actually a refreshing video, I guess I was naive but I've never heard any of my guy friends or boyfriends talk about any of their body insecurities. I always assumed men are more secure about their bodies than women. Its good to know that I'm not the only one.

The free forms are actually quite nice though, I’m no expert on that stuff, but I have bunions and flat feet, so the Nike free forms were actually quite comfortable for long distance running for me

I wish Buzzfeed would do a video on the importance of proper nutrition OVER exercise to maintain your healthiest body. America is out of control with portion sizes and excess sodium and sugar in daily intake.

This is really inspirational. I’ve been wanting to lose weight but haven’t had motivation, but watching this video makes me want to change my ways. 😃👍🏼
