I Trained Like A Victoria’s Secret Model for 5 Weeks

Ойын-сауық

After trying out Victoria's Secret diet trends in the past for only one single week, I decided to see what would happen to my body if I committed to training and dieting like the models for an extended period of time.

It just shows that a person's weight isn't always an indicator of how healthy they are. Don't get me wrong, If someone is actually obese, they need to lose weight, but just because you lose weight does not necessarily make you healthy. Healthiness can only be achieved by a proper diet AND exercise.

Just want to say that although you looked super photo ready by the end you were also photo ready to begin with and the most important thing was that you were happy with yourself. You killed the shoot and the poses were epic. Also, kudos to your photographer. The photos don't look over edited and showed you off really well. Stay fit and stay happy!

Even though she only lost 0.25lbs of weight, she lost an incredible amount of fat and gotten so much fitter as a result. Always strive to treat working out as a lifestyle rather than a weight goal. Wearing any type of swimsuit makes me self-conscious and i don’t want to feel that way. Seeing Michelle pursue all these different challenges makes me feel like i can do something, thank you so much sis! 🥰😌

Just balance out the diet. The only diet I’ve experienced to work with majority is the Mediterranean Diet, you have all of your essentials and you don’t have to cut out much. It’s just the portion control that difficult but it’s soooooo worth it in the end.

@@Matt-pi9jo Well obviously. But you shouldnt be replacing water with sugar/preservative filled waste. If you are eating a well balanced diet you should be receiving most the nutrients your body needs from your diet. In few circumstances someone should only require supplementation if they have a specific medical disorder or deficiency.
