In today’s video, we diagnose the boosting issue on the raffle Focus ST 225 soon to be won by a random lucky winner.
BD Performance got in touch with me and kindly offered to diagnose and fix the problem for us, and that is exactly what they did.
Actuators often leak boost pressure when old so its definitely worth looking at yours if you have the same issues.

My st hasn’t been running properly for ages and I’ve been racking my brain as to why until you said that about MAF sensor has to be at 2 o’clock position, mine was at 6 as well. Spun it round, all is good! I can’t believe it was something that simple! I would never have known that! Thanks mate 👍👍👍

I know this car it's previous wheels were so much nicer but these are nice. Compamotive was sweet before. Deano had this before the last lad. He had it a month I think after deano lol

What were the symptoms of a bad actuator? The video doesn't say? Just that it only made 260bhp?
Dying to see a video of George being driven in a luxury car preferably BMW 7 series with cream leather interior and cream seatbelts, and George sitting in the backseat being driven with his seatbelt on!!! That would be perfect!! Failing that sitting in the backseat of the Focus being driven with his seatbelt on!!

A testament to BDP that you are always willing to do 10 hours round trip worth of driving to get your ST sorted out. Also a great excuse to have a good drive! Pretty sure my eventual 1.5 hour trip will be worth it when I get the chance.
