We Return to Billy West's All-Mopar Salvage Yard to Pull Some Parts for Project Marsha
Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары
After walking miles of Mopars at Billy West Peedin's Garage in Selma, NC earlier this year, we realized we passed over several needful parts for our 1970 Plymouth Fury III convertible "Marsha". So here we are again! Plus, we eyed a pair of Mopars that we not be able to live without.

The rear aluminum bumper trim piece was offered without paint except the inside of the Plymouth letters. I left mine somewhat polished. I would of purchased the rear tail lights as a back up especially for the right side where people put packages on the corner tail light lip and it breaks. Also, I would check for front turn signal lenses which are a devil to find since they are shared with the Superbird. The front valance is even harder to find since it is a one year unit as it is two piece. Lastly when your video pulls into the yard there is another 70-71 you go by on your right. Always make a mental note of what else is there in case other parts are needed.

All good suggestions.
I'm really enjoying this project, I own an A body, but if the roads in Britain were big enough I'd have a 70 4-door Sport Fury 👍😎👍

I think a 72 4-door Custom Satellite is practical practical for English country roads, but you never see them here, I only know of 2 in the whole of Britain.
Most Mopar guys in Alberta remember Heavy Metal Wreckers. Middle of no where, cheap parts worth the long drive in the '80's and 90's. Unfortunately they went under. Family squable and prices jumped up. Trunk panel for the '67 Dart GT $30, wrap around rear window for my 57 D100 $20. It's getting harder to find salvage yards.

Let me know. The red Swinger & the beige Valiant sedan (the Southern Classic runner) is me @@moparconnection
How is the rear bumper on that Fury III sedan? While I need lenses, I also need a rear bumper for Marsha's fraternal twin brother.

It was straight as an arrow but the chrome was flaking off pretty badly. It would need to be stripped and replated.
