How a Hemi Block Is Made at Energy Manufacturing

Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

In perfect "How It's Made" fashion, Mopar Connection Magazine followed the 3-day long process of how Energy Manufacturing carves a modern Gen II Hemi or 440 Wedge from cast gray iron. Each block comes with an authentic Mopar part number and Omega M logo, making these the official replacement Hemi and RB Wedge blocks for the serious Mopar builder and/or enthusiast.

If you're buying a $7500 block that means you got a lot more into it and the block is protection. 800 HP is your everyday limit for a stock block, I'll put it this way...if you're making 800 HP why would you risk an entire engine possibly because a 45-60 year old block failed. It is a lot but it's insurance really for the rest of the engine

Actually they can't make a car every 5 minutes but they can put out a finished car every 5 minutes, with PRE-PAINTED PARTS and pre built engines. And it may be faster than that.
