Orwell wrote the book in 1948 he just reversed the numbers for title of book. But agree I read it scared me now so many similarities even more scary. I fear anarchy. We need more with good values to join the police and military ~ with divine influence, the good can stifle the bad. Being a police officer doesn’t have to be a career. My father was an officer for five years until the job wore him down emotionally. He quit, recovered, and started a therapeutic landscaping business. He never regretted trying to be a good influence in the city where we were homeowners. Some neighbors called us directly with odd emergencies.

As a NZer I have been shocked by the behaviours in our govt for about the past 40 years and this covid really showed how certains values can shape children into having certain idea that some are allowed to bully others based off of activism and care. Both of our elected female prime ministers have caused the most damage in our recent societies and I would easilu say they were voted for being women and not for being good people. Our family were descended of colonials and are a true minority in the country with no voice and our families are abused in politics and people that come in new to nz every year encourage what nzers saw as terrible values and have normalised them and are acting as though they are heroes and as if people dont make there own choices and need "protecting" when it was never like this before. They even prioritised race and left a majority of the population to either get infected apparently and the misleading idea that mmaori were first even though, just like europeans/british in the country, they also didnt want an untested vaccine shoved onto them. They even paid people from some races to take the vaccine while others were forced out of jobs, trashed on and left till last. Our families at this point are very mixed race after 200 years and ignorant people entering our govt after a generation or two have turned our evolved and resourceful and mostly good country upside down mirroring american activism for money and power. They have ruined all of the cultures that were dear to a lot of NZers for generations by dividing our families by race and encouraging trashing on half of all of our ancestors that were poor from scotland, england and ireland. Now they call people maori and non maori which also doesnt work when you are in NZ because a lot of maori are also descended of scottish, irish and british people, so its like saying pick a side. If you are mixed race you cant be just maori or non maori without acting like an extremist. Its also acting as though other indigenous people in the country dont exist when they still do such as the mori ori. Its really dumb and bully behaviour that people are getying away with because people very new to NZ are just blindly believing for no reason because it should never have come up if the country was run based off of per person and not based off race as it was before

Oh we haven't seen anything yet. We're already creating highly intelligent humans with absolutely no intellect to use it and an ideology with a number of people at the top wanting encourage and reward them in order to manage it FOR them.

The people organized themselves to form a government to serve their interests and manage their infrastructure. The government had a different agenda. I was thinking, the other day; that politics has ruined everything in this world. But then I considered that politics is just a word that names an activity, neither good nor bad. It is the self serving politicians that have ruined everything, as it ever was.
