We painted my dirt jump bike and it looks sick!

Спорт

This is something I've wanted to do for a long time, except I didn't feel like taking my bike completely apart just to be without it for a few weeks. Finally back in August we started planning this out. Totally worth it!

I recommend Vedder Mountain (as seen in KZread video). Open 24/7 all year. Routes posted so pedal-pushers won't become a 4x4 hood ornament. Maintained by ardent volunteer riders. Yes, seen it hard iced and sleeting, as it also has rides for motor- cycling on single and double- track mountainside. You just can't see it tomorrow as most Canadians think you're sick.

Hey Seth, really love the bike! Three small things from a dirtjumper: 1. shorten your bar a little. I always tell the kids i teach dirt jump: don’t ride as wide as your trail bike and it will be more agile and safe in the bike. 2. stiffen your fork a little. You will have a lot more speed trough the jumps. And it will be a lot easier. At the spine you hear how much speed you loose trough the compression. 3. use two zipties. One around your bar as close as you can to the stem and one around the brake cable loosely and tie them into each other. This will clean up the cockpit! Really nice bike and nice video als always :) cheers

The added weight of a heavier chain adds rotational mass. So I can see a con to it as well, especially if you do any climbing. But for DJ and BMX, why not?
