    Hey Ryan I am a huge fan of you. I was watching from last 3 months and I have a baby of 2 years I have some questions regarding her diet I am giving her a pudding of ragi, sattu, mixed powder of nuts seeds n makhana without any sugar and salt, then in lunch khichdi without salt and in dinner milk and roti without sugar is it ok for 2 years baby

    Ayurveda says,, 1) Upavasam na cha shareera shoshanam !! 💯 Meaning related to shareera ❤ 2) Upsvasam, Krodadhi parityagam !! 💯 Meaning related to manas ❤ 3) Upavasathi ithi upavasam !! It has two different meanings, One is concerned with treatment aspects 👏 & Second is it’s also related to manas ❤

    In Sanskrit ‘Pran' means ‘Breath' and 'Ayama' means 'control' So Pranayama is "Breath Control" The Pranayama is the complete breathing exercise which is the part of yoga. In all pranayama the breath plays an important role. So concentrate on your breath and feel the positive energy comes when you inhale and negative energy goes out while exhaling.🙏🙏
