I think a lot of people bashed this pin in the early days, but since Dwight and Stern updated the code it has gotten a lot better. Really good flow in the ramps and shots and the Herman and Spot toys are spot on, along with the theme integration. I have the pro version and I love it and like TAF pin it's a blast to mod out and the topper with the Raven popping out of the clock taunting you during the game play is sooo cool. You really have to keep your hands busy on this one while flipping and hitting that zap button, especially on the premium and LE versions with the lower playfield. Great video as usual Gonz and I think this pin is very underrated. Thanks for posting!

@@GonzosPinballFlipperama Yes sir. My favorite is the grandpa sitting in his chair at the scoop. It's so detailed you can even see his arm resting on a PlayGhoul magazine. Kinda reminds me of the Uncle Fester figure people put on the scoop of The Addams Family pin.

People kinda of hate on this machine. I love it. Amazing artwork and I love the layout. Callouts and lower playfield are awesome. I'd love to own one and put some mods on it.

The Munsters is a great theme for a pinball machine and all versions of this one are stunning, in terms of the cabinet and playfield artwork (on a par with Wizard of Oz, for sure), though having never played it, I can't comment on the actual game play. Like to have a game, if the opportunity arises.

I really appreciate this machine. Talk about total opposites with code though, BM 66 to Munsters?

I had an LE. Got it at a decent price I thought, modded with the real grandpa and still sold it at a loss! Im sure Stern added a new mode ‘Laugh mode’ or something.. code looked the same as I had it.. Maybe running old code version.. My biggest problem apart from shallow code is that the ball would make a strange thud in places.. like the geometry is all off.. poor game in my book!

You should have kept BM66. Munsters is an awesome theme, but gameplay is not great. Even with new code. BM66 great theme, artwork, code, and gameplay. Prices are stupid for Munsters. Pros were being sold for $4500 and Premiums for around $6500. Same with Ghostbusters.

I have kept BM66.... we just swapped for a couple of months

When I can only hear u and the ball flippen around, the pin sucks. Try turning up the volume of the pin so you’re not the center of attention. We might like it.

To be honest Ledman, I'd rather you don't watch at all . . . you're quite rude actually. Probably best if you watch something you like and avoid disappointment.

Dracula has nothing to do with the Munsters, Grandpa may have made references, but Dracula never made an appearance to my knowledge
