Great show i wasn't hyped about Black White pinball ever lol
I have to go with Ghostbusters, difficult is different from poorly made. Walking Dead is difficult, Iron Maiden is difficult, Jurassic Park is difficult, but you can learn and master them. Ghostbusters though, you can try but you’ll just get drained thanks to every shot being a danger shot
Its visually so cool. Definitely going to try to find one to play.
If you don't already have a Godzilla machine and want one then Yes it's fantastic! If you already bought your Pro, Pre or LE machine though, then probably not. I think its freaking cool
The password problem seems kind of silly how is that not solve able?

I own the Premium and wouldnt swap but if i had a choice i would take the black and white. Its pretty damn sharp looking.EIther way its an amazing shooting game

I played a John Wick Pro on location, when you loop the game and hit it with the flipper it creates air balls. I must have hit the glass 5-6 times in one ball.
Totally agree with Enzo's comments about Jaws vs Godzilla. I love Jaws and I do not love Godzilla. I also agree that trolls (and competitors) will trash any machine they can.

I think it looks cool but as a future buyer (I don’t have GZ but will have it) I still think the color version is better looking. They took out way too much color. I likely will stick with the premium when I’m able, unless I see the 70th in person and my jaw drops
I think this machine looks stunning. I don't have a Godzilla but if I was in the market this would be the version 0 question. Its an art piece for your home. I think this is going to do very well for Stern.
I would love a 40th anniversary edition TMNT, but I do not want it to be black and white. Personally, I'm not into the black and white theme.

I played John Wick for the first time last night on location, both Pro and Premium - put about 40 games total. I agree that it's so fast and punishing but I do like that change of pace from some of the other games. I'll also say that when you're hitting shots it feels so good and so flowy. I couldn't stop dumping money into the game. Code seems pretty straight forward but I could use some information on the UI. Truthfully if you think the shots are too tight, I'd see how you have it set up. I really didn't have any trouble hitting shots and the locations I played at set their games up very tough. I'd say I'm probably slightly above average skill level just for reference.
I also just played John Wick Pro for first time and really enjoyed. Also, did not have trouble hitting shots and I’m a below average player.
It looks cool. I wouldnt swap it for my regular premium but its great to have the choice. Plus we all get free code, win win.
First! Edit: Jaws is a great choice, it's my current favorite game and not sure what could overtake it. I'd love to own one some day

Gonzo im curious as to why people give this game so much love or why u think its ranked so highly on pinside. artwork is good. layout is decent. but there is zero on the playfield, no cool toys or nothing. i mean i love xmen comics and movies alot. but how can this game possibly be ranked higher than say a twilight zone or monster bash < that game has tons of amazing toys. how? i played this game quite abit but i just cant understand why people rate it so highly? am i wrong?
You're not wrong mate, it's just personal taste. People like different music, foods, sports and pinball machines are no different. For me Deadpool is the perfect game, but I wouldn't try and persuade you to like it any more than I'd try and force music or food upon you that you don't like. I can't stand Twilight Zone myself but I know others do.
@@GonzosPinballFlipperama thanks for the reply. yea i might try it again with a open mind when it comes to deadpool, have not played in in ages. guess im just very much inlove with playfield toys. great to see ur love for fish tales however. im from south africa by the way. not crazy tons of machines here but i have played quite a few and fixed countless amounts of them. keep up the good work with the vids.

Great vid once again Gonzo! I wouldn't buy any of them either. I played Wick only of all the four there and it wasn't bad... but I had very low expectations, either way the theme doesn't do it for me. I went with Pulp and Jaws pro this year as my two pin purchases for the year.

Thanks. Indeed - given the choice, I would (and did) buy a Jaws Premium. Had it a few months and very happy with the decision. TCM I would put in second place. (I have played all of these games here in the US)
Just create a SSID just for IC with a password. You should be able to have more than one SSID on your wifi
What’s more fun, Looney Tunes or Scooby Doo? There’s something about Scooby Doo that just keeps appealing to me more, though I haven’t played Looney Tunes

I’m just a bit upset because I didn’t get into pins until this year. Picked up a couple System 11’s for now. Perhaps I can get something newer in the future.
John Wick reminds me of TMNT which is also very hated. But TMNT was the dream theme for me. I love John Wick as a theme but the machine at least on location where I can play it has the tilt set so sensitive you can barely put your hands on the machine. Jaws would be my choice too. The more I play it the more I love it.
Completely subjective hobby obviously, but I found John to be the best of the four. It's a super fast shooter. You either nail the super tight ramps perfectly or you deal with the bounce back. Few games create the same amount of intensity and speed as John Wick. Also, the code is not finished yet, which I'm hoping will fix the problems the machine does have (agreed about progress not being clear on a JW). Do you get more mechanisms with Jaws? Premium, for sure. But JW pro versus Jaws pro, they're different kinds of games.
Barry O’s is the same price as a new Stern Pro in the states too so yeah…tough sell.
The WiFi password hurdle confuses me lol. Can’t hop on the upstairs WiFi? Add a password to the basement one? Insider connected is dope and how do you get software updates?
Pinball Magic came out 7 months after Theatre of Magic. Although the games are completely different, Capcom took lots of cues from Bally to develop Pinball Magic in a similar theme. I’ve been informed by technicians that Capcom and Sega machines use subpar hardware which is evident under the playfield. Not sure to what extent that is, but I do know they are more difficult to work on. TOM has better flow, hands down & that’s my pick.
Calling JW “clunky” while literally leaning over a Spooky game is funny
Surprised you find JW so difficult. I don't find it any harder than JP in terms of tight shots. Of course the theme is only so - so comparatively speaking.

Re: John Wick....Ramp rejects combined with a super drainy lower playfield killed Godzilla for me. Now when I watch it in tournaments that is all I can see happening, even with top players. As to Barry O's...the game penalizes you for making shots. That's a deal breaker and hopefully they will fix that in the code. You & Texas Chainsaw...that was me with The Walking Dead (at first). Today and for quite some time now the game is in my top three.

The new code for TCM is out that fixes the right outlane fix and change the modes to 2 modes and it will make it easier to get and extra ball
