Oh I’m loving the lawn, the walking up to it. The landing doing into the lawn, the new sitting area done, and it looks so sweet! Love it. Kind of looks like a lil tree house from a certain view. ❤. The River so close is a hidden gift to your family for taking such good care of your farm and animals. 😊as the boys grow you will always have this jem to enjoy and explore! Everything is turning out beautifully and though the hard work has cost you John ,you should be very happy and proud of how it’s all coming together! God best you!

I did do it 45 years before you I left London for austria we went with no place to live with 3 children and not much money not forgetting a new language ...we did it all got lovely places to live all fluent in german 7 grandchildren with good jobs ..living in a beautiful peaceful land enjoying the beautiful happy family life

The outside seating area is an art in itself. " Beautiful! " John, you're so clever!" The stone table with benches would look lovely with stone steps leading to the garden, as a centre point were John stepped. It would frame that area perfectly..

Fabulous roof John...the added treasures collected & carefully placed around the structure by Tara are just perfect. You will surely enjoy it for the time being & even more when the future kitchen area is complete. The swimming stream is such a beautiful spot too. All environmentally natural. What a life to live & enjoy as a family! ❤

I have to say it again, I love so much when John builds. 😍 He blends well with the nature and he just gives everything little special touches. Such care as he builds your family’s future ♥️ so beautiful it brings tears to think of the lovely times you will have there in the future. Your warm comfy touches put the icing on the cake, Tara. Good to see the Beans back, it was nice after a hectic day to relax and catch up with both of you. I saw their video yesterday so I knew who the surprise was 😆 That river with the little water fall was just beautiful what an amazing discovery! Just wait till next summer with both the boys!! Your property is magical. What a great episode. Excited for Friday. My question is what is John’s favourite thing he has built? With his skill I feel like there are many past projects before the van and the homestead so something outside of those prevan/homestead 😆 and Tara what are you missing most about van life?

Happy, Happy Wednesday dear friends, happy to see @travelbeans with you again, with their little Noah. You asked us to ask you questions, I will do the opposite, ask us why we watch your channel??? Simple answer we on my side, loved and lived in the tourism industry for so many years, loved to see other cultures, but now things have changed the last 4 years, what we love now John and Tara is seeing you with your boys Crusoe and Sawyer, playing with them, watching over them, involving them in your day-to-day adventures on your farm in Portugal. For us that are not able to travel anymore and to live on a farm, it brings us JOY to see you doing so well. We know there are ups and downs but Lord willing you surmount them all. About the deck, John's master carpentry work is now very well known, it needed your touch, Tara, to make it home. Thank-you again for sharing, waiting to see this Friday what you have for us. Wow, Tara and John, you both created such a wonderful lawn, deck and the flowers...! The drone fotage is amazing with this fog! The editing and the music is so well done! And I can imagine that sometimes the days are not so sunny as it seems in your Videos! The balance between loving your partner but also now having two kids is sometimes so challenging. Not having time for yourself anymore bc of the kids, enjoying quality alone time to breeth is even more rare! Most couples are having difficulties sometimes with that, but you both adding to that every few days new content for us... raking your brains, not sure if we like it or not! I myself, and I think most of your follower are so thankful to be part of your journey! Just wanted to mention that!🤭

John I just like to say that in the South East of England it is still warm very odd weather we are having, and the forecast to get really warm at the weekend. Bloody beautiful as Tara said and with all the final touches its a lovely place to sit in the evenings and listen to peace and calm. Well done John its a masterpiece❣. It is one's life's works in progress which in truth never get finished. It is like my husband says, "I am retired and hope to do nothing all day. That way I never know when I am finished!" The deck is beautiful -- looks like a place one could sit and meditate (or relax with a glass of wine and read) for hours!
