It would be amazing if you guys start mentioning the property tax rate in each area. I'm looking to pay off a house in Houston and that will be the most important factor for me!

I understand no HOA but I do know that the residents will pay for that level of security!!!👍

I remember as a kid growing up in Houston not being able to come to terms with how "Kuykendahl" was pronounced. lol. It's pronounced like "kirk in doll". That doesn't look right. But anyway. Looking to move back to Houston in the next year or two and love your vids.

Creekside is pseudo Woodlands, in that it has been included in The Woodlands Township, but excluded from The Woodlands schools and Conroe ISD. Creekside is Harris County, not Montgomery County, which means it's practically Houston. Proper Woodlands residents recognize this. Lots of adjacent subdivisions are trying to claim "The Woodlands" designation, but the true Woodlands is 99% built out.

And your investment will go to hell if your neighbors trash their area. Someone has to recognize the value, as crappy as it is, to have a HOA.

Wrong! We don’t pay HOA in The Woodlands. There is a very small fees (trash pickup, etc) that is included in property taxes, but there is no HOA fees. Living in The Woodlands, we do have to follow rules imposed by board members of The Woodlands township, but there is no HOA management.

Woodlands tx is too costly for me.

Stay away from big development housing. Building multiple houses at the same time I question the quality of it. They are building for quantity. Also your buying from the builder and most builders request you do a home inspection after closing. The guy even says it when it mentions the developer in the beginning of the vid.
