Iam confused why so much
This plan was introduced at $350,000 initially years ago. It’s a very nice plan. I’m sure today it is one million dollars or more. I noticed a few modifications have been made to update the plan by Toll Brothers. As for me, I prefer unique plans, in today’s industry, those plans are considered custom homes.
The houses are beautiful, the 2nd and the last house are my favourites. You guys are really doing a good job 👏 👍

well it depends where you need to be butttt I love Sienna! like mentioned at the end of this video! in fact the video i recomend at the end is in sienna!
House #2 with the poker table, the master bedroom is small in comparison to the size and features of the house.

Better have good flood insurance. ANYWHERE in Houston can flood. The topography is as flat as a pool table.

Well that last toll bros home the same house in California is over $5 million so for those coming here it is! But as you saw there are homes in same neighborhood starting in the $300k range!

To all the people complaining these aren't "cheap". Cheap is relative to where you live. I live in vancouver and these homes are steal compared to our housing market. If these are not cheap for you, chances are you live in a shittier place
