Wow. Had to comment before I finished watching. That first house kitchen is a k i l l e r and all the space. Unfookinbelievable. Now I have to finish the comments up. Best value is the Perry home. Love the 1600 sqft one but that should be 250k not 350k is outrageously high for that much house

Aren’t monthly HOA fees priced with these community homes like condos? HOA fees mandatory even if never uses community pool, rec room. Maintenance fees like property taxes are always part of ownership; buying house is not enough. Any wood subflooring or are they all cement with decorative flooring on top? Staged furniture is very narrow in those homes.

This is unfair if you do not tell us the tax, the insurance and utilities cost during the winter and summer on those house. My friend lived in Houston told me that the summer A/C and the winter heat bills is 300-500 a month. Tax 2.5% or around $1000/month, so it is about $1500 a month besides the mortgage.

What did your friend do in the winter to have $300-500 electric bill? My bill always goes down from late October to March. April/May/June it picks up a little but not by much where you get 85-90s from late June to September is peak summer heat where it's at its worse and easily highest especially July and August with the high 90s-100s and the crazy humidity

700k, I live in the Meridiana community. Property Taxes, HOA are sky high. This is where they nab you. A 400k home will yield a 20k tax bill at year end. Good luck with 700k. No point in sugar coating. What you are showing base price of $650k base without any upgrades. Model homes have over 50 upgrades. People transitioning from other places, you really are going to be clueless until you get in with the high tax bills. good luck. Granted, this is probably low to you if you come from democrat hell hole taxing you till brokeness. Where are you guys from? You sound like you are completely brand new to all this. LOL.
