Those rope tassels on both chairs, were to prevent anyone sitting on them, most probably antiques & did not want them broken!

What a beautiful abandonded home in the woods. No graffiti,and not much decay,the tall kitchen cabinets,bathroom design,to the staircase and pillars.So much character in these older homes,just left has it was while occupied. Must say,Dave,you look quite handsome in the intro.😍 Bless your little cousin in her fight against Leukemia!! 😇👍❤️💚

Trevor Howard was well known for his quick bad temper (Hence the slamming door!) bless him, but he had a heart of gold..absolutely wonderful to see his gorgeous house with its many memories, thanks to you x

If I had money, I'd love to buy this place with intent to repair it and finally live in it. Compared to other houses, this one does not seem to have much water damage.

It is amazing what nature is doing by the drone shots, the vegetation is creeping up and will swamp it ...and then there are the cracks tearing the building apart...Mother Nature has nothing to fear from us with global warming etc.

Best wishes for the speedy and total recovery of your cousin. It is never easy to be or see someone sick. But it is even worse whenever it is a small child.

They must be Americans living in England? The alarms on the doors upstairs are WONDER ALARMS, they are used when you have a elderly person living with you that might wonder away without anyone knowing it. People with Alzheimer’s etc. The floors are parquet and very very expensive! Holly is a sweet little girl! It made me cry watching her get the camera!

Your cousin is a real sweetheart! You saying she has leukemia kind of hit me like a ton of bricks! My mom's brother was diagnosed with leukemia in the 1940's and passed away around the same time I was born. He was a champion in track and field in Canada and the U.S. He was an amazing photographer and an artist. He also, ironically, was known for being a blood donor.... Will keep your cousin in my prayers

The large cracks in the walls are caused by the foundation being disturbed by subsidence. The lamp and the small table in one of the bedrooms was onyx not marble. It was a lot cheaper to buy and was in fashion in the 60s and 70s. Brilliant video as always.

Just to say that this really touched my heart! I nearly lost my daughter at 10 months old through septicaemia, and now my dad now has secondary terminal cancer...different story to yours, but the heartache is far too similar!! It’s not easy, but putting a smile on their faces has a bigger impact than anyone could ever imagine! Thinking of you all, and well done for doing what you’re doing xx

Sweet girl will be in my prayers. I have had 4 family members with this horrible disease so I understand. And along with 2 girls of my own I have 3 granddaughters so I would certainly want someone to help them. I will be sending something soon.
