Millionaires Luxurious ABANDONED 90's Dream Mansion l Found Stunning Indoor Pool & More!

Ойын-сауық

Custom built for its owners in 1991, this 9000 sqft mansion has been abandoned since 2022. Featuring a 2500 sqft indoor pool this stunning home has been demolished to make way for a new modern McMansion. Fortunately, many of the interior finishes and items were salvaged before demolition.

Noah, please wear a mask while exploring these moldy places. I just lost a friend that explored to. His lungs collapsed because of breathing in black mold. I love watching your explores and worry about your health. Please stay safe.

It is insane, in my books, that people have more money than brains. This gorgeous house will be demolished and replaced with another house/mansion. It surprises me how many abandoned properties there are 😲😲 It would be wonderful if something was done to reduce the homelessness that is around

Hey Noah, great explore. I really don’t think I’d want to live in such a massive home even if I had the $. But it was something. That pool area did look like a hotel. Love the sunroom right off the master. I really like that blue tile too. Take care Noah

Could sit in there and just soak up the sun. That's really nice. I like the blue marble in the shower too. That's really nice. The people that were there before it got bought out were they are the original owners?

@Noah my husband & I love your channel. We are wondering in Canada is there a lot of new developers? What is the reason they are tearing down so many of these mansions to replace them? Seems like remodeling would be cheaper. Keep up the great work!!

It's definitely a developers/speculators market here in Canada. Property always seems to be sold "with potential for +++ homes" that can be rented out at very high rates. Plus property taxes have gone way up too so it's harder for single families to afford to stay on these big properties

At 8:11 I don't think that was a sink there, probably a stovetop. In the pool room I'm surprised they don't have a sink where the toilet is. I really like the staircase and the runner on the stairs. The people who are salvaging the stuff, you would think that they would would shut of the smoke detector. The window in the shower was probably for light.
