I love how when you asked Mark if he touched the light that's moving he said "No, I farted" as if his fart had the power to move it. ROFL. I've watched numerous different urban explorer/adventure videos offered by many different groups. However, you two rank as my number one, primo, best of the bunch. Your sense of humor, the on site research/background information, and the way you respect the home and contents are the reason I subscribe and follow you. Keep up the great work.

Well done guys. I kept getting a feeling that someone was there. The curtains looked liked they opened and closed a few times. When you went out and went back in. There may have been squatters staying there at some point. Maybe the Spirit's scared them off. Love you guys. Take care and stay safe. See ya guys in your next adventure.

Great explore at 17:08 you were talking about a torch ( we call it a flashlight) not just elderly keep them in their bedroom, I have one on my bedstant, so if the power goese out I can see.

Sofia Peace I had a distant online friend at one time who tried to help me understand different phrases and things. In your opinion, is there anything outside of the Koran? I’m a Christian Methodist, but I love learning about different religions, and always respectful.🙂

This popped up and I drop everything to watch! Keep it up! People had washstands in their bedrooms, so at first they just stuck sinks and taps into them, and put the toilet into whatever closet in the hall or space under the stairs that they could find, hence the “water closet.” They quickly realised that it didn't make a lot of sense to run plumbing to every bedroom so that’s why they have sinks in bedrooms. I liv d at a nurses quarters building back in the late 60’s while I worked at a hospital. I had a wash basin sink in my room. It was so cool! I made a curtain to go around it that went with the room.

Thanks for explaining that. I love the old wash basins with jugs m I’ve seen (didn’t see any yet, but I’m in the beginning of the video). The ones we have are porcelain and I’m always afraid I’ll break them when I visit. Lol I’m a klutz. My Mom has a few that were in my family. I think it would be handy to have a little sink in the bedroom, but that could quickly turn into a nightmare if the plumbing was faulty.

Rosalie Barry When we bought my previous home, it was old. They had a pedestal sink in the bathroom but it was so old & not “cute”. Lol The lady had made a matching curtain for it, and she let me keep it. I also talked her into the very old stove and fridge. I adore older items. You can feel the history.

Seriously..lol. The spirits won't hurt you unless you start talking to them..they are here for one thing only and that's to scare the living farts outta you and DECEIVE you..they want you to believe that they've your dead loved ones.. but they are actually evil disembodied spirits.. trapped to roam the earth until CHRIST returns and destroys them. The reason they hate humans so much I's because they can never have what we can have..and that's eternal life.

I understand the explorer code of honor, to take nothing & only leave tracks behind, but I would want some of my things taken & marveled over, it's better than it rotting away...

That's cool! I feel the same way, especially if my family cares nothing about my possessions. As long as my house don't get destroyed by vandals take what you need! I'd rather see someone else get some use of it than for it to sit and rot!

Coming from an Air Force family that's obsessed with horses this particular home broke my heart... Kills me to know that art print will be destroyed...

At 34:30 the attic hatch looks wide open/completely off, then the hatch looks like it is being moved at 36:30 when he's leaving the bedroom. Also, someone in the attic could pull on the wiring causing the light to sway or just by walking across the boards above it. The lighter was thrown from the attic too and the footsteps passing Dave could be the person moving away from the hatch when Mark was at it. The ladder placed in the bedroom doorway beside it could allow for someone to climb up enough to grab a hold and pull themselves up into the attic. Definitely someone up there, unfortunately we'll never know whether or not it was a person D&M put up there for pranks. The added eerie soundtrack makes it seem part of a script. So annoying how he delayed looking into the corridor when opening the door. Oh and the bedroom door was open for most of the time they were in the room but by 35:40 while he's looking in the case on top of the wardrobe you can see the door is already closed over enough for the draught from missing window/open attic to click is closed.

It just blows my mind how you guys find these gorgeous places over there in your country. A house that sits vacant showing somebody's past which is absolutely amazing. So I watched the whole video before sharing my thoughts. First I want to say that I absolutely loved this house! All the tractors and big rigs 💜 Second, your camera and camera skills are amazing! When you and Mark were downstairs I literally felt like I was there with y'all! The picture was so clear and vibrant. Idk if you're using a different camera but it was spot on!! I love the furniture. That whole conversation y'all had downstairs had me tearing up, and usually these homes don't affect me like that. And lastly I just love it when you and Mark are together! Y'all make a great exploring team. Thank you both! 💜💜 Also I definitely heard them footsteps, sounded like someone was running up on you.

Interesting place. All the old bottles and decanters are amazing! Glad most of it was not broken. The creepiness of the light going on and off was just strange. Maybe your the first people there in a long time and jarred something loose. :)

I agree, I saw it clearly and it looked like the net curtains where pulled across quickly then lifted in the middle like someone pulled it up over there head to be between curtain and glass watching. It started at time stamp 42.58. Just watched again and it is totally strange, it looks like it could be the reflection on the glass when viewed in slow motion, but the lines are wrong, there is definate curving of the net curtain and movement, a reflection should not move like that. Watch it for yourself Kiefer, please comment what you think. 🙋👍💝

That's the reflection of the trees moving making it look like the curtain is opened. Both times. I'm all for some paranormal activity but to *me* it's clear in this case it's just the reflection of the trees moving to make it appear as though the curtains are opening.

Don't know if you noticed at the beginning when you were stood outside the house looking up at the windows, I swear there is someone stood peeping behind the curtain in the window on the right. I didn't think anything too much about it at first thinking it must just be the light but when things changed I thought maybe there was someone there after all xx

From time stamp 36:40 if you look down the hall on the floor towards the end of the haal by the staircase,there is a box,now when you swing the camera into the room and back and you hear something drop from time 36:50 ,if you look by the box infront of it,there is like a canister,by time stamp 37:00 you can see it on the floor.

british houses used to have outside toilets ..there was no such thing as a bathroom so they washd in those

Yes it is true, you never know when you are going to lose someone close to you, or how long we are hear for, so as Dave and Mark said take care off you loved ones and enjoy your life if you can.

As always great video! I wished you could come to Kentucky! There are so many places to explore here in my neck of the woods but we don’t have so many beautiful old homes like what you have explored. Maybe a few good ones but the time capsule homes you find blows my mind!!! Some of the items in these old homes are so old and rare and the homes are so pretty that I would live in them as they are except without the mold and huge spider webs and spiders lol sending lots of love and support from Southeast Kentucky

That is the sky reflecting in the window,as he pans around,the light follows and that is why it looks like a curtain move but it is not a curtain.

This place is amazing but I want to see more. I think there is still lots to see. Check for dates on newspapers and magazines. Always curious as to how long a plaace has been abandoned. I have to admit, there was a very strange vibe in there. Something just wasn’t right if u get what I mean. To me it looks there was more than just the older man staying there. Some of the items suggest an older couple and some like the asda jacket, naughty books and viagra suggest a younger person, probably a man. It’s really sad to see a home abandoned like that, if the walls could talk eh😥 I dare you two to go back there at night👍👏
