We buy from our good Amish/Mennonite friends at fair prices for their families' work and do not drive down their price like some other "resellers and ghost advertisers" of sheds you may see a little cheaper than Trinity's prices.

If I wanted to add insulation to this and run electricity to it to use as a 4-season office, not a residence, would I need a permit in Grey county? If there's no plumbing and no one living in it is it an ARU?

you can insulate and bring in electric. check with your town but this is permit free size 10x16
