Am I the only one who this new stock looking headlights/taillights look the best on these trucks?

Nope I am the same. The lighting on this truck looks like rice now.
original isn't a bad thing, keeping it original is keeping it a classic

Yes but this is not a classic sure it’s old but not worth restoring or keeping but it is a way to upgrade the looks
Nice wheels, I personally would have spen't the 30 bucks for new lugnuts, thats just me.

I was thinking the same thing nice fresh rims an tires an then those rusty ugly lug nuts great video though

Exactly what I was thinking. Some black ones.
Short wheel base step side 4x4….that’s a rare find right there especially in that good of shape. Would’ve went a different route but to each his own. Super nice truck
I noticed people are doing that a lot nowadays. I also notice people look at old trucks revitalized like this video more often than the brand new $50,000 truck. Great video

You'd be surprised how many well restored classic vehicles there are in Alaska. There are also a lot of older vehicles, non restored on the roads. Partly because of distance from the lower 48, but also because there is no inspection required for cars like down south.

These old trucks are just cheaper to maintain and more reliable and they look nice too especially that red interior
Love how far these videos from you guys have came . From just plain old straight forward videos to now same straight forward but with some nice simple editing 💯💯

Agreed
Beautiful truck I have a 91 chevy white ext cab z71 with the burgundy interior too it belonged to my dad he loved it so much that he added a sunroof to it and center console conversion I've owned it for 8 years now and I'm never getting rid of it soo fun to drive
Lug nuts would ge a nice upgrade.
damn. ol' dude may wanna consider decaf.
This video was great 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 I'm working on a 94 yukon. Please keep these videos coming!
Your video music editor is on point he quites it down as soon as you speak ! Loving the videos
Old chevys bring a smile to my face.
It was fine how it was. If it's a toy then sure do what you want if it's a tool then leave it be and worry about regular maintenance and or any mechanical problems.
Chevy gang in the Building!!! Love the work done on the truck. Headlight assembly & Taillight assembly are definitely great upgrades. Great video. Love the new direction Y'all going. Very entertaining! Shout out to 1 A Auto for all the helpful tips and the quality parts you provide.

I bought that truck
Simple changes but the perfect choices to make an impactful improvement! Love it!
Diggin it! working on my 94' 2 door Yukon now, and had a 90' Silverado, which are what those bigger mirrors came on originally.
Great work, what a transformation. Made it one of the nicest single cab step side I've seen.
Got a 98 z71 extended cab. Could use a few things but by the time I did all the superficial stuff I'd probably have more in it than the trucks worth. New seat covers, rocker panels and a paint job before I even got to new headlights, taillights and grill would put me in the why bother category. She runs great. Got new brakes, lines, new tires, plugs, distributor cap and rotor all in the last year or so. Only 116k miles. Think I'll just drive it as is for awhile. Usually doesn't see 4k miles a year.
LOVE THIS TRUCK, I got a 2000 C2500 OBS Crew Cab. Love it!
Man yall did this truck justice! Making me miss my 93 k1500 step side single cab.

Nice clean simple look I love obs Chevy one of my favorite trucks
Really like this style of video. Nice work!
I have the '96 version. Engine is out in my garage for a 383 conversion now. New everything coming soon!
I like the side mirror change. That looks the same as my 92’ K1500 but mine are chrome in color. My 92’ K1500 Z-71 will allow up to 305/70 16’s on factory rims without rubbing. I’m using BF Goodrich TA/ko.
New sub here. I’ve only gotten to about 15 videos so far. This one is, by far, my favorite! She’s gorgeous 😍
Stock headlights and taillights were far better. Tempted to get a new grill on mine since I do like the darker look and a bright red emblem would look nice. Hate the new wheels too, even though the old ones were shedding. This helped me get some ideas of what I'm looking for, but I'm definitely going a different route.
That's a mean looking chevy! I love the stepside. There arent enough around!
Did you replace the light relay under the dash with a led compatible relay?
Looks good but I would of kept the chrome grill

Chrome sucks black way better
The 90's Chevy/GMC fullsize trucks would run forever if you could keep them out of the roadsalt and salt brines. The engines are solid. I have a '91 C1500 with the 350 that has 312,500 miles and the engine is still original without an overhaul and doesn't need one. It hasn't seen any winter driving since 2002. When someone asks me how I keep the truck so clean I respond..."Easy...I don't drive it in the winter time."
OK, someone has been watching old Top Gear? Nice to see a video thats more than a simple fixit. This is probably a great way to get certain parts sales going. Looking forward to seeing more. Only critique would be some of the after shots where way to close and didn't give the best view of the final look. Nice camera technique though.
Looks Great I would love to have one of those trucks.
Cool video put together well. Who ever did the filming did a great job. and "Oh Yeah" cool truck it looks awesome as well!
I wish my mechanic would do jazz hands like this guy. 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻. Give me a little entertainment before you overcharge me.
I love it all and I approve this message.Maryland showing ❤️
I have two 1994 extended cab stepsides, one white Silverado, and a black Z71 4X4 off-road SS- 350
Now request the interior. Get black leather racing bucket seats and new door panels to match. Black carpeting and a new dash.
Thanks for the information!! Good video very helpful!!
Those wheels and tires don't look they were sitting behind a shed. lol.
IMO, OEM headlights and brake lights looks best. You should have restored them or bought new OEM ones.
Excellent video. I really enjoyed it. Great job
Need some rap to go with this, bro! Simple things to spiff up a stale looking truck. Nice!
Bad ass next project the rocker panels
Nice upgrades. I need those lights on my 94 Chevy Z71.

+Pete Garcia Thanks for checking us out! 1aau.to/m/Shop-1AAuto-c
Used to have one of these trucks
Nice video, but for checking the front end on torsion bar front ends you need to test the ball joints when the front end is compressed. You need to jack up the lower control arm then test Source - 10 year tech in New England
It's like I am watching ChrisFix 2.0. Amazing video. 👍
The holes in the grill are where the intake inducts air for a half-assed ram air effect
Thanks allot I’m going to try something like this on my 93
@1aauto I'm trying to find the front headlights you use but I'm having a hard time finding them.... can you link it?
Love it, looks amazing.
Absolutely love this video, 👌
Did you have any hyperflash when you installed the led turn signals?
After watching quite a few of your videos i was really delighted to hear you say vehicle instead of veerhicle.
I replaced all my lights in my truck to Led, and then I couldn't get power to them. My mechanic told me it had something to do with relays? Is there a way to fix this? Would really enjoy Leds' in my 97 Silverado.
Great job buddy…👍👍
Transmission question ; is the tail shaft on a th400 the same radius as a 700r ?
Nicely done
Nice lookin truck, I bet underneath is rusted bad
This edit is 🔥
Nice wheels bro
what size of tires did you go with, looks awesome!
Like a boss!
wish there was a link to the parts you installed on the truck, wanna do this with my 90 K1500
Sick truck.
I got a 88 Z71 first year of the Z71 off-road package the real deal bro
If it were me I'd do something about the underbody rust.
Man that looks sweet
What tire specs where those new ones and how wide were the wheels
How did y’all paint the chrome grille
What is the Rim size and dimension? I want to put these on my 02 Suburban.
“LOOOOOKING GOOOOOD”
Great video 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼
Where did you get the red emblem on the front grill I want one
Great video. I have a 94 k 1500 Chevy blazer. My inside interior for my door needs replaced. Particularly the inside handle to close the door. It got ripped off in its day. Same red and all. Part number if you have one. Thanks
Please make more on the 94 series’s
I want that here in Spain💖
My first truck lol mine was 89 Sierra shortbox fleetside 5spd 305 4x4.... Put a LT1 in it from Roadmaster thing did 140 easy I used to spank new trucks in 07
Len You Da Man
fabulous video ;)
I have a set of rims alike, guess they aren't supposed to have center caps?
Ok. So I have a 99 GMC Suburban and I have been told that I have 6x5.5 so 6x6.5 won't work. And some have said that they are interchangeable. Does anyone have the definitive word?
66 gto tailpipe hanger.....sway bar bushings??
Where is the exact product number for the headlight and taillights
I was always told to avoid plow trucks because of bent frames.

How about a wheel alignment?

Idk if that’s how you check ball joint on them
Where is the tool box from
OLD TO BOLD! NICE TO RICE!

I have a 96 F-150, it needs some upgrades.
